원더 팰리스 호텔 카타르 후기

일단 내부 시설 최고입니다. 위치가 중심가에서 좀 덜어져 있지만, 그래도 메트로 등을 이용해서 다닐 수 있음..호텔 서비스 좋음, 식사는 안해봐서 모르지만, 주변에 파키스탄 인도 등 에서 온 노동자들을 위한 식당이 있어 로컬 분위기 남

매우 훌륭하고 규모가 매우 큽니다. 방의 크기는 45cm입니다. 나이트클럽이나 바는 없습니다. 매우 조용하고 직원들이 친절합니다. 유일한 문제는 호텔 지하의 주차 공간이 경사가 심해 세단 차량에게는 위험하다는 것입니다.

예정보다 일찍 도착했는데, 리셉션의 찰스가 아무런 문제 없이, 추가 요금 없이 체크인을 도와주셨어요. 방은 크고 깨끗했어요. 수건, 생수, 차, 거울, 온수, 에어컨 등 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었어요. 위치도 완벽하고 지하철역에서도 멀지 않았어요. 강력 추천합니다!

Location good is far from center about 7 minutes by car. And customer service is helpful.

I had a great experience with the receptionist. I don’t remember his name, but he was either Moroccan or Algerian. He was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the start. He handled everything efficiently and communicated clearly, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. He truly left a positive impression. Thank you for the excellent service.

Guys i was stating for 2 night in this Wonder Palace Hotel and i am having very bad experience, Strong suggestion do not slect this hotel, The hotel staff specialy Reception lady is not respecting guest, Hotel Manager also supporting staff and do not care about Guest sentiment and not listning the inconveninec guest are facing. the issue i faced in this hotel in 2 two days and i swear i will never Book this hotel agian in my whole life. 1) Reception lady not respecting Guest at all 2) They are are providing Door acces card which's not working and they keep blaming guest for that. 3) Nonsense claim saying " Card is not working because guests keeping Door access card behind Cell Phone :) 4) Not ready hear guest problem at all 5) Reception said if you staying in 5 th floor you can't visist 3 rd fllor even if your friends satying in same hote (Nonsense) at last suggestion do not lose your money and NEVER BOOK this Hotel

This nice, gorgeous hotel is located about 10-15 minute walk from the nearest metro station. The distance was fine for us, but using Uber would be more convenient. The roon we stayed in was gorgeously laid out and wonderful. The only minor issue was that the hotel provided just one cup for the three of us, which of course wasn't a big problem. The staff were kind and helpful, especially the porter, the security personnel and concierge. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on a future visit.
