의료 관광을 위해 이 호텔에 혼자 머물렀습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 직원들입니다. 매우 친절하고 예의 바릅니다. 맛있는 아침 식사, 좋은 wifi, 아름다운 로비, 그리고 객실은 매우 깨끗합니다. 객실은 넓고, 냄비와 팬, 접시 몇 개가 있는 간이 주방, 티케틀, 커피 메이커, 전자렌지가 있습니다. 또한 의자 몇 개가 있는 작은 테이블도 있습니다. 객실에는 퀸 사이즈 침대가 있습니다. 침대는 그저 괜찮았고, 특별한 것은 없었습니다. 객실은 매우 기본적이고 오래되었고 욕실에는 깨진 거울과 이상한 창문이 있었지만, 그것을 지나고 나니 괜찮았습니다. 짧은 체류에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었기 때문입니다. 저는 "안뜰" 전망을 즐겼는데, 지붕이 보이는 전망이었지만, 발코니가 있는 객실은 꽤 시끄럽다는 말을 들었기 때문에 조용한 편이라고 들었습니다. 저는 그곳에서 안전하다고 느꼈고 매일 밤 모퉁이에 Serenazgo(시립 순찰 경비원)가 있는 매우 조용한 막다른 길에 위치해 있었습니다. 그 거리를 벗어나면 모든 번잡함과 함께 미라플로레스의 중심에 있습니다. 저는 다가올 짧은 체류를 위해 다시 예약했습니다.

저는 위치와 가격을 기준으로 Atrium 호텔을 선택했고, 호텔은 머물기에 좋은 곳이었습니다. 호텔은 상점과 레스토랑에서 멀지 않은 막다른 길 끝에 있으며 조용한 위치에 있습니다. 편안한 침대와 깨끗한 욕실이 있는 객실은 괜찮았고 주방도 있었습니다. 직원들은 모두 정말 친절하고 도움이 되었고 아침 식사도 맛있었습니다. 저는 그곳에서 멋진 시간을 보냈고, 위치와 가격을 감안할 때, 호텔은 7th of June Park, Parque 7 de Junio, Parque John F. Kennedy에서 모퉁이를 돌면 바로 있고 상점과 레스토랑이 가까워서 리마에서 3박을 머물기에 좋은 거점이 되었습니다.

주방과 며칠 동안 필요한 모든 도구를 갖춘 매우 넓은 객실입니다. 매우 편안한 샤워 시설과 모든 것이 매우 깨끗합니다. TV에는 매우 다양한 채널이 있습니다. 국내 다른 호텔에 비해 조식이 괜찮았습니다.

숙소는 오래되었고 방은 일종의 천박하고 이상한 냄새가 났습니다. 근처에서 시끄러운 음악 소리가 들리는 결혼식 파티가 열렸습니다. 샤워실의 물 온도가 다양했습니다. 자전거는 이용할 수 없었습니다. 아침 식사에는 옵션이 거의 없었습니다. 조기 체크인에 융통성이 없습니다. 침대와 리넨은 편안했고 암막 커튼이 잘 작동했습니다. 해변과 그리 가깝지는 않지만 케네디 공원과 레스토랑과 매우 가깝습니다. 어쩌면 가격에 다른 옵션이 있을 수도 있습니다.

This hotel is mixed. Let's talk about the pros and cons: Pros: - Breakfast was great. Lots of selection and really friendly staff cooking. - Lobby is great -- lots of sitting room and great ambiance. - Kitchen is great, and rooms are spacious. Now the cons: - The front desk. Some staff were great, but others -- not so much. The guy that checked me in implied that there was no breakfast when I checked in by saying that there was a kitchen instead, causing me to miss the first day's breakfast. When I checked out, he also didn't turn on the lobby light or check on me when I tripped in the lobby. He also quoted a USD:PEN exchange rate of 1:3.9 when the market rate is closer to 1:3.5. Not sure if this is a hotel policy, and he wasn't unfriendly, but I definitely expected a bit more service. - The bed and towels. The bed was so soft and old that it was uncomfortable, and the towels had a musty smell to them. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I don't think I would stay here again.

How to lose a repeat customer.... Back again after the pandemic, I stayed for six nights in May 2024 and was given an upper floor room facing Telejo. It had a king size bed and a couch that "folded" into a single bed. I found the firm mattress became really uncomfortable and gave me back pain after 3 nights. (I don't have a bad back...) It had a cooling only air conditioner in the dining area and no heater was provided. Only one medium sized bath towel and one hand towel were supplied at any time. They stayed constantly wet. Clothes that I washed in the kitchen sink also stayed wet and never dried. The shower was fitted with a small fixed shower rose. There was low water pressure and the water temperature varied greatly during showering. It took several minutes for hot water to arrive no matter what time of the day or night. The block out curtains in the bedroom did not work very well. I had the misfortune to stay over a weekend. On Saturday nights the clubs in the adjacent streets crank up the volume till about 2:00 in the morning. The poorly sealed single glazed windows and glass doors that form one wall of the unit provide zero barrier to any of this sound. I had to resort to using masking tape to seal the windows and ask for blankets and towels to provide further sound damping. Even with all of this I still had to use ear plugs. Even when the Disco stopped I could still hear the people in the unit above me partying on until 4:00 in the morning through the floor. I could also hear the shower running in the unit above clearly through the floor. There are also no door seals on the door to the unit and the door frame has gaps that allow any hallway noise into the room. The door is equipped with a normal key which was inconvenient to carry around and means that you have to be careful about locking the door yourself when you leave. (The door didn't lock unless you turn the lock.)
