"The building is in the old town, the old building is emotional and the room is a house where the family lived before, and I really liked it as if I were staying at the house of an acquaintance. Breakfast is delicious and Cospa is high. The owner and staff are kind and I will definitely be here if I have the opportunity to stay in Messina next time! I decided. I liked it the most cospa I have ever had. (it is easy to understand because it is less than 15 minutes walk to the shipyard or it is along the sea)"

"After my stay in the hotel I wanted to visit Milazzo before going to the airport in the afternoon. However I was not allowed to use the toilet after checking out and before leaving and I was not allowed to stopre my suitcase for a couple of hours in the morning. In the end I booked an extra night to have the opportunity to use the toilet and store my suitcase in the morning. I travel a lot but this is the first time this happened to me and I will defenetly not return."

"The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. They claim they are 4* but this is more like a 1* motel. Please beware! We arrived with babies and had booked two rooms. There were hairs and dirt everywhere in both rooms. We found clumps of hair in the bathroom, bedroom and even under the pillows. The TV's were broken in both rooms. There was a disgusting smell outside the rooms. The reality of this hotel is not the same as the pictures. Please be aware! There are lots of nice options in Milazzo which are clean and well serviced. WE LEFT OUR ROOMS IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND. We are still chasing and will be reporting the hotel to Adiconsum and Codacons if we do not receive a prompt refund."

We were given early access and then advised I’d incorrectly booked a single room instead of double- it was not a problem and account quickly updated- Thankyou!! Quiet back room with a quiet terrace and views over local residences. Very comfy bed and great linen."
