Gute Lage, Schöne Zimmer

The location is good, with beautiful surroundings. But, so far. As you enter the common entrance, you find yourself in a warehouse of old stuff, repairs and overflowing trash cans that spew a disgusting smell. The condition of the building is appalling, wires are sticking out and it is remarkably dirty. All of which invalidates the rest of the experience, but still. The rooms are extremely small, with a huge bar directly below, with tables under the windows and extremely loud techno music vibrating into the rooms above. The service is beneath all criticism. I left immediately and would not recommend.

The building is being renovated while guests are still being accepted. The cleaner forgot to clean our room before the second night and that meant they also forgot to give us the breakfast voucher which is needed. This is not a real hotel. Basically, it's simply a bar that had converted the top floor into different rooms.

Great location and great staff. We were welcomed by Janet who was very nice and always available for our queries. The breakfast, although very simple, was delicious. Room size is just right, the bed very comfortable and very quiet. A must in Milan!

Excellent room in a superb location. Janet at the check-in was really friendly and everything worked likena charm. The building itself was under massive renovation at the time, but that did not bother us.

A great location in central Milan. Not easy to drive to and with no local parking, so dump the car and take the tram - they're an authentic throw-back, only 2€ and there's a stop only two minutes from the hotel. The team were friendly and welcoming, a little apologetic for the work around the building (which was really no big problem) and offered us a free drink from the bar, which has a relaxed and comfortable feel. We'll be back :-)

The room was great, and the location right next to the park was perfect. Everything was very clean and nice, and the host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider using Living Suites again if we travel to Milano again. Be aware of the breakfast being fairly simple, but with so many restaurants, pastrys and cafés very close this isn't a big problem. All in all, we were very happy.

All good but a bit noisy outside. it is an area with a lot of bars so convenient but don't expect peace. Regarding the room and staff all was great. Couldn't get the internet to work but not a big deal as plenty of phone signal

Ho prenotato una notte per il 21/10 tramite booking il 06/10 con pagamento immediato. Oggi 20/10 la sorpresa messaggio di Booking: “la tua prenotazione è stata annullata per overbooking”, cose dell’altro mondo, assenza totale correttezza e rispetto per il cliente.
