"다음부터 호텔리뷰를 잘 읽어야겠다고 느꼈습니다. 영국 호텔 특징인지 잘 모르겠지만 객실 내 냉장고와 생수 제공이 되지 않았습니다. 건물이 오래 되서 그런지 창문이 소음차단이 잘 안되었고, 도로쪽 소음이 그대로 전달되었습니다. 실내도 먼지가 제거되지 않은 곳이 많았구요. 특히 라디에이터 쪽은 경악하겠더군요. 객실내 별도 온도 조절할 수 있는 장치가 없어서 냉/난방 조절이 어려웠습니다. 호텔 내 별도 슬리퍼도 별도 제공을 안해서 불편했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 수영장이 있고, 수영장 내 사우나 시설이 있는 것과 잘 갖춰진 조식 식사는 마음에 들었습니다."

"호텔은 역에서 걸어서 5분 거리에 있어서 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 예전에는 난민 숙소로 운영되었던 것 같은데, 지금도 있는지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 넓었고, 가격 대비 훌륭한 숙소였습니다."

"Very clean hotel although we arrived the hotel at 11pm and we still managed to get inside. Very big room and have all you need to be use when I stay there. Lovely hotel"

"Perfect.. great start to be welcomed by a human.. not automated.. simple and rapid check in.. we paid a tenner more for the upgraded room.. free WiFi and much better coffee.. Public areas all clean, tidy and kept well.. Room was spotless.. we found spare pillows immediately (one is never enough) had a coffee and then made use of the iron in the room and logged on to the included WiFi .. Bathroom was spotless and modern.. lovely rainfall and hand held shower was hot and decent pressure .. TV was easy to use and a good picture We both slept really well and thankfully had no noisy neighbours.. We had no food whilst we stayed as it just didn’t fit with our plans but it all looked nice enough.. there’s a Toby Carvery on the same plot. Great place to stay if you are unlucky and having to stay to visit loved ones across the road at James Cook .."
