Samantha was brilliant, very helpful on reception hotel is lovely and clean also has a bar cafe which is very warm and welcoming service is really spot on would recommend to all guests visiting the area room was big and also very clean thanks again

the beds were comfortable, the room was laid out nicely, the taps had a nice pressure and temperature control. the staff were very kind and explained everything in an easibly understandable way and made us feel very welcomed. the person that got us booked in was Amy, she was kind and helped us with everything we needed and got us booked into the room very quickly after we got to the building.

Amy & Zoe on the reception were lovely and very helpful. Nothing was too much at all. Room was clean and modern with everything you need. Cannot fault the service or the hotel. Very welcoming and relaxing after a journey to get here. Would definitely come back again.

Amy and Sam was outstanding more than helpful , thank you room was lovely and clean it also has a barcafe which serves great meal deal and aldi below is always a bonus town centre is just around the corner also has a large car park would recommend and definitely will be back thanks gain travelodge

Really enjoyed the stay at Middlesbrough what a wonderful team. Zoe and Sam go above and beyond food is really nice room was lovely and clean location is ideal plenty of shops around and aldi is underneath for any essentials would recommend.

Zoe, Amy and all the staff here are warm, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and our room was spotless and comfy. The hotel is quiet, no noise from outside so had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was great and good value for money. Thank you Middlesbrough Travelodge for a great stay.

Sam was great helping at reception and at the bar. What a great person you have working for you! Wonderful personality. Nothing was too much trouble! She is an asset to the company. She was very informative and seemed like multitasking is no problem.

The service by Sam was great. Going above and beyond for all the guests and customers. Was so friendly and approachable which was very much appreciated as someone travelling by themselves and not always the most confident in these situations.
