Guests agree to the following prior to booking: -Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. -Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard. -No animals are allowed in the pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration.-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property. -Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans. -This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings. -Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping. -Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy.
