사우스 비치 플라자 호텔

酒店該裝修了，太差了。趕上週末平均900多也商務酒店水平都達不到，早餐太差了，每人一片麪包一點黃油，水果，果汁就OK了

Leaky ceiling, paint-smelled room, and broken elevator when a member of our party is handicapped. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. When I tried to remedy the situation upon arrival, I was ignored.

My family and i stayed for 1 night at this establishment, yesterday Saturday February 15th, 2020. This hands down has been one of my worst stays ever at a hotel. The room had a moldy smell, the power went out, no hot water, tv was very fuzzy and the elevator was not operational even before the power went out. We brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk, who stated they were sold out and she could not issue a refund. That has to be done by the general manager, who would not be in until Monday. They payed more attention to the terrace, bar and outdoor patio, giving the illusion that the property is up to par. Not even remotely close. Housekeeping lack the basic cleaning skills, and the management clearly does not take this seriously. Needless to say, i will absolutely never patronize this establishment again. Some may look pass these issues, but the lack of basic cleaning and upkeep of this property is unacceptable. They are too many choices in Miami Beach and surrounding areas to settle for this. I have to say we really lucked out! This was our first time to Miami and booked our trip through a "vacation package" website. When we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a suite! It had a full kitchen...stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and stove. A large couch, a dvd/cd player, flat-screen tv...the works. We had this one bellman that absolutely catered to us! Love Jose, such a sweetheart! The wait staff really took care of us. Absolutely no complaints...oh, maybe one. There is no pool. Would have been a nice feature but not a dealbreaker.

I booked this hotel room on Hopper. The hotel is mediocre (VERY few charging ports in the room, the bed is visibly dented and worn out, etc.). My biggest beef is that, at least on Hopper, this hotel was advertised as the "South Beach Villas." That is a separate building in this hotel. My booking said South Beach Villas and I never stepped foot in that building. I was in the Beach Plaza Hotel. I'd be hesitant to book here again because my reservation explicitly said villas and put me elsewhere.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures like we were. We were shocked at how horrible this hotel was considering the amount of money we paid. Aside from the great location, it was the most run-down, poorly appointed hotel we have ever been in. The floors and furniture were damaged, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the TV was minuscule with horrible reception, the noise from the outside kept us awake, and there was only one functional plug to charge our electronics. And the bathroom……..the toilet paper dispenser was coming out from the wall, the doorknob was broken, the shower pressure was so weak we couldn’t get all the shampoo out of our hair, and a cabinet above the sink was so poorly sized and placed that we had to be careful not to bang our heads on it when washing our face or brushing our teeth. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. No one was pleasant to us except one young man named Anthony. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money to stay somewhere that has pride in its establishment.
