I have never been in a more poorly planned out hotel room. There was not a single shelf or cubby to unpack anything. There were no surfaces to place anything , other than a few hangers. The bathroom had a pedestal sink and again, no place for toiletries. The room was so dark that getting dressed was a challenge. The hotel is in a great location with a lovely rooftop bar. Go for a drink but stay somewhere else!

Currently staying here and so disappointed. The hotel is not clean and everything is broken down, AC does not work, bathroom is disgusting. Furniture is unusable and the bed is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. It’s a total rip off. It does not feel clean. Very poorly managed.

The hotel is clean and nice! The location is good but the cost is not reasonable. I booked 4 rooms here for a family event. All of the rooms were super small and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were also so small and the sink didn’t have any space to put anything. My biggest dislike was the beds and pillows! Those were hard and not confortables at all. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone super expensive and not worth it.

The hotel is located in a wonderful, fun, safe neighborhood. It's easy to walk to many museums, restaurants and shops. The staff were delightful, helpful and understanding that we only spoke English. The breakfast, which was included was delicious and fresh and the wait staff greeted us every morning as if were were long lost friends. The only things that could be improved are the electricity, which went out periodically; the coffee at breakfast, which was not particularly palatable and the very high prices at the rooftop bar.

Location and service are amazing! Rooms are really really small though well appointed. Great complimentary breakfast though the restaurant and first floor are absolutely freezing in the morning. Hotel is also really dark in stairwells.

For us the pro’s outweighed the cons and we enjoyed our stay there. We were warned to ask for a street-facing room on a higher floor and that was a good move. Place was 95% totally peaceful, but there were a couple of hours of reverie on the streets which for us were no big deal. — Super-charming location. Right on a park in a very residential part of Condesa, with tons of restaurants nearby. — Warm and welcoming staff. Cheerful and eager. — Pretty decent Continental breakfast included. — Good mattress and linens. — Was clean. — Walls are thick, no sound from other rooms, etc. — Top floor is trendy bar-restaurant with good food and great view. — 24 hour room service. — Rooms are typical boutique-hotel small. Very small! Bathroom very small. — Shower curtain too short. Floor always got wet. — Nowhere near enough room for big suitcases, etc. Annoying at first, but we adapted. — Lighting in the room is really dim. They seem to think it’s cool, but sometimes annoying. We wanted to be in Condesa and all the other hotels were on busier streets. This felt a little like an oasis.

Great location, fantastic breakfast and the building is beautiful. Rooms are on the simple side and could use an upgrade, but we were overall satisfied. Staff were friendly and helpful. Roof top is stunning. Easy to walk around to everywhere around the city.

Beautiful property, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (accommodating of all our asks and answering our questions, helping us call a restaurant to flag late arrival when our uber didn't turn up and providing recommendations) and a great location for walkable parks, cafés and restaurants. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be back for another stay or at least a drink on the rooftop!

We had a lot of fun, an international and very friendly place, many pets that we fell in love with every 2 seconds Many cafes, bars and food places, we saw a comedy show and loved it, the parks and the city always looked clean, without a doubt it is a place that you should visit yes or yes
