"I visited this hotel this week for 3 nights. It is absolutely charming and welcoming and only 15 mins from Dusseldorf Airport in a semi- rural location. My room was very spacious and had a lovely bathroom. Meals are all buffet based with many options to choose from for each course. After dinner we headed to the bar area for drinks which is a very relaxing space with a real fire and a choice of games. I didn't make use of the pool or spa facilities however my colleagues said they were excellent. The energy and vibe of this hotel were perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend it."

"Restaurant is excellent and restaurant staff is very kind and friendly ….but…Do not stay at the Motel to sleep. The room we booked had a shower that was partially broken and not just since our arrival. Maintenance hadn’t been done for a long time, room was dusty, shower doors didn’t close and had mold and water did not drain so within two minutes the room floor was flooded. Since this happened Sunday evening it could not be repaired and we got a different room…but it had not been used or cleaned in ages, I have never seen so much dirt and dust in any hotel/motel room. see photos. also the outside balconies are cute but since lights stay on all night they attract tons of insects and spiders and apparently never get a cleaning either. also makes it impossible to open the windows during hot night as no mosquito screens are installed. The room also had nice boxing memorabilia…covered in years of dust and cobwebs everywhere and with rusty screws sticking out just laying around, just waiting for someone to get hurt. one night lamp didn’t work, the other was plugged into the only electricity socked, so you could either charge your phone or get a night lamp…totally covered in dust too the shower door in this room also didn’t close well but water only reached the toilet didn’t se the whole room under water. When I mentioned all this at check out (we would have left and searched for a different stay had I not been injured) the lady first said she’d give us a discount and took the price of two breakfasts off the total, then told us she’d done that because the second room we had been moved to had been an upgrade and was more expensive but since we had not asked for it she took the extra charge off. whatever. Wouldn’t go back and stay there if it was free. Since we had been moved to he first floor, no elevator, stairs only and between the checkout lady doing the math three times and me hobbling around with crutches we where in the room at 11:06 to get our bags and I got yelled at by he cleaning staff that check out was at 11:00, if we where planning to finally leave as they wanted to finish up and go home. side note: during 3 days stay we never got a room cleaning."

"환영은 전문적이고 도움이되었습니다. 여름 밤에 블라인드로 쉽게 어두워질 수 있는 매우 깨끗하고 넓은 방. 방의 바닥은 타일입니다(카펫보다 훨씬 위생적입니다)! 내 방은 건물 뒤쪽에 있었고 밤새 매우 조용했습니다. 온도 조절 수도꼭지가 있는 좋은 샤워 캐빈. 주차장은 호텔 로비와 직접 연결되어 있는 깊은 차고에 있으며 객실 가격에 포함되어 있습니다. 호텔의 전반적인 내부 인상은 매우 잘 조직되고 잘 관리 된 것처럼 보였습니다 (홀, 계단, 엘리베이터 등). 일요일 아침 식사는 건너 뛰었지만 로비 옆의 조식당은 가볍고 잘 보살핌을 받았습니다. 이 호텔을 훌륭한 가치의 호텔로 확실히 추천합니다!"

"What a warm welcome we experienced on our arrival thanks to our very friendly host Barbara. And what a surprise it was to enter our room! It turned out to be so much more then we expected. We were impressed by the beautiful big garden, spacious kitchen, clean bathroom including a big bath and shower. The fridge was filled with very nice wines, sparkling water and authentic coca cola. Thanks to the great matras we slept like babies after which we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. Spot on cooked eggs, warm bread and fresh fruit made it a perfect start of the day. Just 25 minutes away from Dusseldorf and surrounded by a beautiful environment. We really recommend visiting this bed and breakfast. Thank you so much Barbara for the amazing hospitality."
