"이 호텔은 소렌토의 모든 숙박 시설이 예약이 다 찼을 때 여행사에서 이용합니다. 사실, 소렌토까지 버스로 30~40분 거리이며, 버스로는 갈 수 없는 매우 접근하기 어려운 곳에 있습니다. 웹사이트의 사진은 바다가 보이는 방을 보여줍니다. 우리는 스탠다드룸에 배정되었고 품질은 학교 캠프나 청소년 호스텔과 같습니다. 매우 딱딱한 침대와 작은 TV가 있는 황량한 방입니다. 청소년 호스텔처럼 보증금을 지불해야 리모컨을 받을 수 있습니다. 4성급 호텔의 분위기와는 거리가 멉니다!!! 식당은 다시 학교 캠프 분위기를 풍깁니다. 직원들은 친절하고 언덕 아래에 음료를 마실 수 있는 좋은 장소가 있지만, 이 호텔의 전망은 바다가 보이는 객실이 몇 개뿐이거나 식당과 작은 수영장이 뒤쪽을 향하고 있기 때문에 호텔 앞에 서서만 볼 수 있습니다. 메타에 머물 이유가 없다면 추천하지 않습니다."

"We booked a room with a balcony and sea view. Make sure you select a balcony, we got a french balcony which is very small to enjoy it but other than that great service, and location, a private beach and rooms. I couldn't have asked for anything less.very relaxing and great place to stay on amalfi coast. 12 min from sorrento , 23 min from positano. Had a trip of my life. Definitely will come back"

"would strongly advise against staying at this hostel. My experience was extremely disappointing and fell well below acceptable standards of cleanliness and comfort. I visited as part of a school trip, and the room we were given was in a very poor condition. It was dirty upon arrival, and we discovered evidence of bed bugs. Even more concerning, there were used condoms and knives left in the room, which is completely unacceptable, especially for accommodation hosting school groups. The room also had a strong, unpleasant smell resembling rotten eggs. The room itself was very small, with basic wooden furnishings, and there were no proper bed covers provided. The bathroom was poorly lit with harsh yellow lighting, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable. The food was also extremely disappointing. Portion sizes were far too small—for example, dinner consisted of just one meatball, which was not an adequate meal. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. The lack of cleanliness, poor facilities, and inadequate food made our stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone, particularly schools or families expecting a safe and hygienic place to stay. ( had to go to the hospital 2 days after coming home from this trip as i was exposed to bed bugs and was left with an itchy uncomfortable feeling absolutely diabolical NEVER coming back DO NOT recommend!)"

"Let me start by saying that the staff were fabulous. They were so helpful and this was truly appreciated. Everything else was sadly a disappointment on all levels. We expected an amazing experience having seen the website and given the cost of the stay expected a premium experience. This wasn’t the case: the rooms are just ok, shabby in places with poor cheap blinds; the showers open to the room via the glass and there is little to no privacy. We had to ask at least twice for the water and the toiletries to be replaced after cleaning. There is no communal space for sitting or eating at all and breakfast served in your room. Curtains give privacy from your neighbours but the noise from both the other guests and those around the hotel was awful. We had to ask some neighbours on one evening to be quiet at 12.30am. Additionally, the curtains effectively create a restricted view and the infinity pool you see on the website is not a true reflection of what is available at all. You feel boxed in. The spa is nice but only available to you 1 hour per day. This is allocated by the hotel and given 1 was at midday and 2 others at 7pm we simply could not use them. As there’s nowhere to relax by a pool at the hotel or sit other than in your room you have to be out during the day. 7pm we would have been having dinner. There were no alternatives to these times so we only used the spa once. Meta is not walkable to sorrento and it’s a bus or a train ride. The area of Meta is a residential suburb with not so much to do. Overall his was an expensive mistake and we would not stay here again/ we would reconfirm less expensive places in better locations who deliver what they suggest they offer."
