Additionally, you will be only a 20 minute drive to Callaway Gardens and only a 25 minute drive to the Wild Animal Safari Park in Pine Mountain.This home was built in 1950 as a duplex and was owned by one family. The parents lived on one side and their adult child on the other. The two units are separated by an enclosed foyer with prevents any of the walls from adjoining.The renovations were done to preserve the legacy of the home, but to also bring it into modern times. The original hardwood floors have been refinished and all of the original solid wood doors were kept. Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. Most people find it charming and quaint - kids love it.
