Truly disappointed that the office allowed two rooms of families to sit outside and drink until 9:00. Very noisy. Then, the train that went by every 10 seconds honked its horn at intersections. Didn't sleep much. Did I mention the homeless people walking by? As I was pulling away one of them was talking to one of the hotel guests. Not cool.

Good location for thru travel on I20. Friendly staff. Nice amenities in the room - comfortable King bed, microwave and full size fridge w/freezer! Bathroom is a little small and all the lights are extra bright - not good if one person wants to go to sleep earlier. No elevator. Slightly astringent smell of cleaning products and underlying mildew smell. I probably only noticed because of my allergies.

It was dirty and they had to move us to another room. When we got to the other room that room was still dirty.

My wife was on the road traveling. I jumped on ******* to make a reservation. After I hit confirm I was sent back to ‘Choose your Room’ page and received no confirmation that my request had been processed, so, I chose a room and hit confirm. I then received a confirmation page and received a confirmation email. Then a second email confirmation came through. Within 10 minutes my wife arrived at the hotel and tried to cancel the second reservation. I had to call in the request since I had placed the reservation. ******* placed the request with the hotel twice and twice it was denied. So, no one stayed in the room, it was cancelled nearly immediately after placing, and the hotel STILL charged us for it. My wife also said it was a sketchy area and to be aware.

The good: location, easy access; comfortable beds and nice amenities; pet friendly. The bad: prior to arrival, I called for 2 days to ask if a hairdryer was provided, nobody answered the phone. A hairdryer is not provided. There was long dark hair in the sink and tub. Absolutely nothing to hold on to in the shower. That was ok for me but not my 76 yr old mom. The laminate floor was filthy which I found out after walking around in my socks.

Front desk was friendly and personable. Very basic but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The little kitchen area was very nice.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Check in was very fast and the Front desk was very efficient and friendly.

The hotel was easy to find and in a safe area. We were just stopping for the night after a ballgame and it was fine for that. The room overall was clean but the floor was kinda dirty. Would stay again but definitely don’t take your shoes off until you get in bed.
