Just had a wonderful weeks holiday via Jet2 at the lovely traditional Port Mahon Hotel which I first visited over 50 years ago. Prior to arriving I was offered an upgrade to a suite with balcony and sea view at modest cost which I gladly accepted. I enjoyed amazing views over the estuary, watching the big ships and colourful sunrises. Only negative was why the shower controller was 2 metres away from the shower head? Makes temperature control difficult & wastes water. The breakfast buffet was over 15M long offering everything you could wish for from fresh fruit, continental breakfast to full English. Service was swift. I did a lot of walking around Mahon and used the buses to visit Cuitadella, Fornells & Es Casteel, also the town train around Mahon and the glass bottomed boat for the harbour cruise. The Hotel is a great base for touring. I am planning to return again to Port Mahon Hotel next March when Jet2 start flying from Liverpool (more convenient). In summary, the Port Mahon Hotel exceeded my expectations and any thanks to Silvia on reception for helping with my arrangements. *** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***

What an amazing hotel. Visited Mahon with my friend in late September, we had a room with large terrace. The room was perfect with comfy bed, fabulous shower, toiletries and mini bar. Lovely evenings on the terrace enjoying a gin and tonic. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, sitting by the garden and pool. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is centrally located to shops and bars, the harbour and a fabulous bus service!! We went to binibeca, es castell and son bou for afew euros, it is really such a lovely island. We loved it so much we have booked to stay at casa ladico next year… can’t wait!! Thankyou to all the staff for such a wonderful trip xxx

Everything was just perfect during our stay at Hotel Casa Miranda. The communiation with the staff and in particular with Jordi was smooth and quick. The hotel itself is well decorated, beautiful and charming. All that you are expecting from a boutique hotel. Jordi was very helpful during our stay with his tips for restaurants and great locations in the island (muchas gracias Jordi!). Make sure to ask them about anything. They will be more than happy to share with you secret places far from touristic ones. We had the chance to book a room with a beautiful terrace. They have also a small swimming pool perfect after a day in a cala or walking around the city. The location could not be more central right next to the El Claustre. They have a very modern check-in/card app that allows you to open the doors with your phone only. They made our stay a fantastic moment. We can just recommand to book here eyes closed.

마혼 공항에서 버스 L10은 버스 정류장까지 빠르게 이동할 수 있습니다. 이 현대적인 4 * 에코 아키텍처 호텔까지 짧은 도보 거리. 무료 커피 / 차, 물 리필, Wi-Fi 등이있는 친절한 환영, 편안하고 조용한 객실. 아주 좋은 뷔페 아침 식사; 무료 맥주와 와인과 오후 3시부터 무료 스낵이 제공되는 라운지가 있습니다. 구시가지의 주요 명소까지 즐거운 산책을 하며 무료로 방문할 수 있는 고대 탈라요틱 유적지 중 하나인 Trepuco까지 걸어갈 수도 있습니다. 버스 정류장이 호텔 근처에 있어 이전 수도 Ciutadella 또는 인근 전 주둔 마을 Es Castell로 당일치기 여행을 쉽게 할 수 있습니다. 마혼에는 많은 식당이 있으며 다양한 진 증류소도 있습니다.

We have just returned from two glorious weeks at this lovely hotel. We had a beautiful room overlooking the start of the estuary and the Isle de Rei. The morning sunrise was just fabulous! I had read before my visit that although the walk-in showers had been completed, the rooms themselves needed a refurbish. Well the bathroom is lovely. You have shampoo, bath wash and gorgeous body milk. Beautiful shower area. Such a delight! Yes, the rooms are looking well worn, but my only criticism would be lack of drawer space. If you are staying for two weeks it can be tricky to keep your clothes ‘tidy’ all piled up in the wardrobe. The hotel is blessed with the most wonderful happy staff! Thank you to all we met who enhanced our stay with their positive attitude. Special mention has to go though to Harold at the bar. A true professional! His cocktails never disappointed ! The food in the dining room was really good when we arrived. Lots of choice and of a very good quality. Towards the end of our stay, when numbers dwindled, there was still a great display of Menorcan foods, meats and cheeses. The soup was divine, and the different breads just lovely. Salads were plentiful and varied, and the puddings were scrumptious! There was still always something tasty and different to choose every evening. The chefs were continually checking the food and replacing it when necessary. Cleo and Alexander were great hosts. There was low key entertainment twice a week. Good singers, and we particularly loved the jazz trio on the last evening. They put their own take on many popular songs and did it very well. Es Castell is full of history, and we enjoyed visiting Mahon. You can either walk for about 15 to 20 mins, or catch a bus into the station. From here you can use the buses to visit other places very easily. Or walk down into the town and take in all the sights! There is a fish market and attached to it an area which does tapas and all different kinds fishy snacks. On our last Saturday there was music and it made for a lovely atmosphere. Would we return to the Agamemon? Certainly we will! The views are a delight, always something different going on.
