We had 4 nights at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. All other areas in the hotel were very nicely decorated. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the main bars & restaurants. There is lots of parking around the hotel & if you can't find a space then the car park is 20 Euros. There are steps leading down to the harbour where you will also find restaurants.

Casa Ladico is a delightful small boutique hotel situated in the centre of Mahon. There are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants within easy reach and the harbour is a short walk away from which one can catch a ferry to the Illa del Rei which is worth a visit. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well run with the staff being probably the best we have ever encountered. We were greeted with a warm smile every time we met them and nothing was too much trouble for them. The cooked breakfast was generous and fresh, although should one require a continental breakfast the choice was more limited. The room had a large king sized bed and the walk in shower was spacious although it could have been improved with an over head light. Larger bath sheets as opposed to just standard bath sized towels, would have enhanced the experience. These are however, very minor criticisms. We heartily recommend this hotel for a week long stay in Menorca.

My wife and I had a lovely two-week holiday at HG Jardin de Menorca. Everything about our trip was perfect (hats off to Jet2 Holidays too). The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke good English and tolerated my attempts at speaking Spanish. Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel, including our room and even the pool area. We stayed in a Superior Junior Suite, room 2A101. It had everything that we could need, including UK TV channels (sometimes there was some flickering but nothing to get fussed about), hob, fridge, microwave etc. The room was very clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed. Loads of hanging space and room for all your stuff. It was cleaned every day, including new towels. The shower was great, tons of hot water and great pressure. We had a good view over the pool area, and sometimes sat there just watching the world go by. The grounds were immaculate with grass areas all round the pool and lovely palm trees everywhere. The pool area was well laid out with lots of loungers and parasols. There was a lifeguard on duty all day, every day too. We stayed B/B and the breakfast was superb. A good mix of cereals, all sorts of breads (including a toaster), hams, cheeses, jams and coffee machines. Also a great range of hot stuff including a chef making eggs and bacon dishes. We ate at the hotel bar area (just next to the pool) a few times. It was great, with a mix of salads, burgers and local dishes. Everything we had was well presented and reasonable value. We had thunderstorms on a couple of days so we made use of the Fitness Room – a treadmill, stepper, cycle with multigym and free weights – everything you could need. We used the free local shuttle minibus a few times too: down and back to the beach area in Son Bou. We always booked to make sure we got a seat, and everything worked well. There is a well-stocked supermarket within the hotel complex and we found everything that we needed. Overall, we had a great time at the hotel. We would definitely go back: we couldn’t fault it at all.
