"3 박 동안 친구 (우리 중 4 명)와 함께 호텔 Patricia에 머물 렀습니다. 호텔의 위치는 도보로 5 /10 분 이내의 모든 것이 매우 좋습니다. Cituadella는 윙윙 거리면서도 편안한 분위기의 아름다운 도시입니다. 우리 방은 냉장고, 미니바(원하는 경우) 및 무료 세면도구를 갖춘 적당한 크기였습니다. 우리는 훌륭하고 매우 깨끗하고 뜨겁고 샤워를했습니다. 호텔에는 낮은 층에 작은 야외 수영장이 있으며 몇 개의 선베드와 몇 개의 테이블과 의자, 작지만 시설이 잘 갖춰진 체육관과 당구대가 있습니다. 호텔은 베드 앤 브렉퍼스트 만 있으며 아침 식사는 광대하지는 않지만 좋은 품질이었고 유럽식 측면, 고기, 치즈, 패스트리, 과일, 제한된 시리얼에 더 많은 경향이 있지만 조리 된 항목 계란, 베이컨 등. 호텔은 모든 곳에서 흠 잡을 데없이 깨끗합니다. 객실과 공용 공간 리셉션 등 모두 내가 정말 좋아하는 반짝입니다. 리셉션에서 하우스 키핑에 이르기까지 직원들은 모두 정중하고 환영합니다. 내가 말할 수있는 유일한 부정적인 점은 (필요하다면) 호텔에 바가 없다는 것입니다. 즉, 도보로 2 ~ 3 분 이내에 사랑스러운 작은 바가 많이 있으므로 실제로 문제가되지 않습니다. 저녁 식사를 위해 식당에 나가기 전에 호텔에서 음료를 마시는 것이 좋았지 만 그것은 개인적인 선택입니다. 우리는 다시 머물까요? 절대적으로 👍 그리고 아마도 어느 시점에서 될 것입니다. 호텔 패트리샤에 감사드립니다."

"What a great little place I was so impressed from the moment I entered the door, we were given a code to enter the door and get our room key which was all very simple and organised. The room was above and beyond my expectations with a fantastic bathroom and rain shower. There is a kitchen area upstairs where you can make yourself something to eat and a lovely roof terrace with great views over the rooftops down to the harbour and only a few minutes walk down to gorgeous Cala fonts. Last but not least I need to mention the owner Jody she was such a great help with everything and even organised a taxi to take us back to the airport. Thank you for such a great few days we will definitely be back. "

"I have been visiting this hotel since 2016 and no longer look at other hotels when booking my summer holiday. This is a little piece of paradise on the beautiful island of Menorca. The staff are exceptional and are more like friends than hotel workers. I always get a warm, personal welcome, and I adore them all! The food is superb, the service is excellent, everywhere is spotlessly clean, and the pool and gardens are the best. "

"Just returned from a fabulous 5 night break. Having not had the opportunity to stay in an adults only resort before, I have to say this was the most relaxing holiday I've ever taken. The resort was beautiful, the staff were friendly and attentive, gave us directions to the local area on arrival and a bus time table. The property is perfectly situated between cala n bosch and Citudella and we had a wonderful time exploring both. The local bus is fantastic €1 to Cala n bosch €2 to Citudella run reasonably regular with a stop a 2 minute walk from the hotel. All in all we had an amazing time, don't usually visit a place twice but I think we may have to return, only thing that could of made it better was if we had been able to get a poolside room, but our room was nice enough tucked round the corner and glad it didn't get the afternoon sun as it was 28°. Other things to note that I wish I had known in advance - the hotel provides, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser, and dish / hand soap (good to know if packing light). Pool towels are also available free of charge (I believe €2 charge to change them but we didn't) . Tips for local area - Can Joan is a fantastic little restaurant just off the harbour front, cheaper than other places and good quality tapas. Best bar is Chaplins, very friendly staff and smoking is allowed (lots of places are now anti smoking to my surprise). Boat trip to Cala Ganada is worth doing a beautiful resort with plenty of free time, even if you wanted to explore rather than spend the entire time on the beach. Citudella is a must, fantastic city with plenty to see and do. Lastly we did eat in the hotel on our last night and we thought the food was very good quality and a good price, also a jug of white sangria is delicious. "Globales Mediterrani에서의 멋진 숙박을 마치고 방금 돌아왔고 기꺼이 추천할 것입니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 Cala Blanca와 주변 지역을 탐험하기에 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 음식은 선택의 폭이 넓었 고 우리는 항상 우리가 즐겼던 것을 발견했습니다. 우리는 3/4 밤에 외식을했지만 우리가 다양성을 좋아하고 탐험하기 때문에 그렇습니다. 수영장 지역은 편안했고 앉아서 햇살을 즐길 수 있는 장소가 결코 부족하지 않았습니다. 선베드 중 일부는 약간 낡았기 때문에 등에 있는 바를 느낄 수 있었지만 큰 문제는 아니었습니다. 그러나 휴가를 정말로 만든 것은 직원이었습니다. 모두가 친절하고 열심히 일했으며 얼마나 바빴는지에도 불구하고 항상 얼굴에 미소를 지었습니다. 친절한 성격과 열정이 결코 눈에 띄지 않는 Carlitos에 대한 특별한 언급. 그는 아무리 바쁘더라도 항상 미소와 채팅을 할 시간이 있는 것처럼 보였고 우리의 체류를 매우 즐겁게 만드는 환영하는 분위기를 만드는 데 도움을 주었습니다. 멋진 휴가를 보내주신 모든 직원들에게 감사드립니다. 우리는 환상적인 시간을 보냈고 앞으로 다시 오는 것을 확실히 고려할 것입니다."

"At 6:45 in the evening, we waited 40 minutes for five margaritas, one gin tonic one mojito and one Caipirinha. They cane in dribs and drabs without much taste if alcohol. The caipirinha was a caipirospo with rum. I have drunk this drink for 40 years and I know the difference if they just said we don’t have Cachasa I would’ve drunk tequila. After an exaggerated weight with cocktails coming here there and everywhere and never arriving we paid the bill (they took off the Caiparinia) we still paid 140 euros. We are a group of a certain age with a certain amount of money to soend. The hotel could have had us to stay another time we were checking it out to see what service was like. It was a really really bad service. They need to change their ways and tell @Adrian this is not good marketing. We won’t be going back we won’t be staying there and we won’t be seeing any of your chain of hotels. You never know who is in your hotel and who you are serving in any type of service industry it doesn’t matter that a bar man was down it doesn’t matter that the waitress was lovely. They should’ve said from the outset we are a barman out. It’s going to be a 45 minute wait in that case we could’ve decided to stay or go. we could’ve come back the next night but not telling us meant we will bot come back."

"Just returned from 4 nights at this hotel, booked through TUI. We had a great stay and the hotel did very well. The room was very clean, one of the cleanest we’ve had in the Balearics, and everything was modern which was nice. We had a balcony with a view of the marina, sea, and the lighthouse. Absolutely no issues with the room, however one day we lost water for some reason, only discovered after I had put the soap on my hands, so had to use some bottled water I had purchased to wash them, but I went straight down and reported to the reception. They called maintenance to go and fix, and called to the bar to replace my bottle of water. After I got the water and went back up, the maintenance man was there and had just finished fixing the water, so despite that going wrong the service was absolutely phenomenal, fair play. Pool was okay in size, was never a problem, and the kids pool was good too, plenty of sunbeds especially around the kids pool, and we managed to get a cabana a couple of times too which was nice. The location is perfect to go on the beach, with the showers just as you come off the beach too. The entertainment was okay, we found it maybe started a bit too late (10pm) with only 1 act or activity, but I suppose it’s still May and at least there was something. We played pétanque one day, and my girlfriend did Pilates and aqua aerobics which she enjoyed. The male animation member, I can’t quite remember his name, was particularly good at the aqua aerobics and the quiz where he was doing it all in 3 languages so everyone was able to be involved! The drinks were fine, cocktails aren’t the best but adequate but the sangria was nice, and there’s no reason you can’t make your own cocktails. It’s a shame the softs aren’t delve service all the time not just during meals, but other than that we had no problems with bar staff at any point, all friendly and helpful. The food was probably our least favourite part, as we didn’t find there was much we liked, but we are very picky. We did manage to eat every meal and quite enjoyed most of it, we just weren’t blown away. It was acceptable and to be fair staff were able to answer any questions about the food, were attentive at replacing it or keeping it topped up. Some days some things ran out which was a shame, and at breakfast there was often a wait for pancakes/eggs but other than that no real problems. The fried eggs were done quite raw for me but the chef had no problems flipping them and cooking them a bit longer. If you go on holiday for the food then I would say there are better options than this hotel, but if you want cheap and cheerful then this is perfect. The chips are really nice which is good but unfortunately no pizza. We found it a shame that the snack time was so limited and you had to sit in the restaurant, other hotels we have been able to have chips/burgers/pizzas around the pool but no here. Overall I can’t really fault the hotel at all. We got a good deal on the price of t"
