스테이브리지 스위트 멤피스 - 포플러 애브 이스트(Staybridge Suites Memphis-Poplar Ave East)

Parking terrible! Air conditioning didn’t work very well. Room musty smelling and to top it off our vehicle was broken into along with several others. Thought staying on this side of Memphis was as okay….. but apparently not.

This is a great place that allows pets. The staff were very friendly and the daily breakfast was good. Although it is in a nicer area of Memphis and has security, vehicle break-ins still occur.

There was very limited parking so we were forced to park at a neighboring business . There was no security and 24 vehicles were broken into that night one of which was ours granted nothing was taken they just did enough to make it an inconvenience for the begging of our trip. Other then that the actual facility was nice . Clean, and staff was friendly. Breakfast was not that great

Pros: Neighborhood felt safe. Front desk staff were friendly. Free breakfast (typical hotel breakfast fare). Separate living area from bedrooms which is so nice when traveling with kids. Pool area looked decent, but we didn’t use. Cons: Entire property is need of updating and maintenance! Lights out in elevators so they were very dark. Water stains on ceilings in room. Rooms were clean enough that I didn’t complain, but they really needed to be cleaned. Floors were sticky. Thick dust on vents and sprinklers in room. Mold in shower (very inadequate ventilation in bathroom). Carpet was obviously not vacuumed. Windows were filthy and actually had words and faces that were “drawn” on by fingers on the glass by previous guest. Overall, it wasn’t gross. It was adequate enough that I stayed and didn’t complain. But I would not be back without some major changes and updates.

This hotel was fabulous. We enjoyed this hotel and look forward to staying here again. We used the complimentary laundry. The bed was great. The breakfast was fabulous. My family loved this place. Rooms were so spacious and lovely. This is the only place to stay in the Memphis area.

We had a wonderful stay passing through with our Husky. The property seemed to be well taken care of and rooms were spacious clean. The parking lot was a bit small and we had a late arrival, so that was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the back and found the pet area. Overall not a bad stay!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, The room was large with a small kitchen in the room. The A/C was great. The only problem that I found was upon examination of the bed; small amount of hair was found on each of the four pillows. I went to the front lobby and reported it to the staff. I got four new pillow cases. Other than that, the stay was very good. Hotel close to shopping. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of foods. I would stay again.

Suite was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and the service at breakfast was excellent. We definetly will be staying there next year.

Very friendly staff and this is our first time trying a pet friendly hotel and the dog first time being at the hotel loved staying there. The breakfast was really good and definitely it worth mentioning many times that staffs are very friendly and willing to help anytime. Parking is very convenient as it’s right upfront and we also parked the car overnight with all the luggages over the roof because we still had a long way to drive the following day and didn’t want to handle the luggage (it is still risky and I would not suggest anyone to do that because we did hear from one of the lady who works there that her and her husband’s car were broken into the other night). I also saw a fresh shiny patch of moss along side one of the parking curbs and me being a lover of mosses for my bonsai took a small patch of it so that I can grow them as a landscape on my bonsais. Overall we loved the experience of staying at the pet friendly hotel and will definitely come back when I needed to.
