Everything was on plan, Emma acted very professional in selecting and organizing our rooms for a our stay at the Hotel. Early morning we had a mouth watering breakfast at the Spot Cafe with breathtaking views to the city. I really must say it was so delicious. Their accommodation is so unmatched well with fully furnished rooms, very spacious with WI-FI. Security wasn't nothing to worry about our Valuables. "I had a very disappointing experience at Emperor’s Motel, Mbale. The customer care was extremely poor, and the service was unnecessarily delayed. Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. Instead of promptly getting our room key, she kept attending to other tasks and ignored our requests. When we finally got her attention, she spoke rudely and showed no professionalism or courtesy. It felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. For the rates they charge, I expected much better service. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer care."
