"Firstly, I'll be honest. I am holding a grudge against the Management and Bar staff, ONLY for this review. The hotel itself, is actually quite pleasant. It's clean, modern, located in a prime area of Mayrhofen and is a popular destination for locals, tourists and travellers. I could not find any fault with the rooms. The beds were comfy, really big tv, and an Absolutely fantastic shower, which were all cleaned daily. Great service from the cleaners and we were happy to leave a room tip. However, disaster on arrival. We were NOT presented with a nice welcome, or much in any other way of a greeting by Mike the Manager/owner, local black cloud. We were barked at to SIGN!! The arrival sheet. And I do mean barked at along with furious pointing of a slip of paper, all written in German (I like to have a go at languages, but I'm no expert) so we struggled a little, which seemed to annoy Mike further. Once we had overcome that issue, we were pointed in the general direction of the rooms and basically dismissed! Wow. This was the start of a frosty week with Mike, who must of took an instant dislike to our group, as he did not warm up a single degree, all the week we were there. Always harsh, always frowning. People skills seemed to have ran around Mike like dodging Covid! This is a bit unusual in the main point of contact we have for the hotel we are staying in?. But the main cause for unpleasantness, was a Mid-week theft of personal belongings. The staff seemed to have forgotten we were guests that week, (probably because we avoided the bar area a lot, due to Miserable Mike). So one evening when we did venture in for a few drinks, I happend to leave my coat, drapped over the chair next to me. My friend and brother were seated opposite, so when I took a call and left the bar, I knew things were ok. However the sneaky Barstaff girl (Irish accent, did not catch her name) managed to slip the coat and, later said that she had passed it to another group of lads, also Irish (hence she remembered them?) as she said she thought it was theirs. This story developed holes, when we were later questioning the location of the coat and lads. She assured us that she knew the lads and would get the coat back. But strangely, we saw no group of these lads, entering the hotel from our first floor balcony all night, and as if by magic, at 1 minute past her finish time, 00:01am, my coat found its way to hang on my door, and the barstaff girl doing a runner as fast as she could away, down the stairs and out the door. Could it be that my coat was hiding in the back all night, just waiting to reappear? Funny how, when we were promissed the cctv the night before, this was now refused by Mike, as the property was returned?! Strangely the barstaff girl did not linger in my pressence or even look at me for the last 2 days of our stay there... So, Frosty Mike with all the kind personality of a prison warden, and his merry band of barstaff thieves, (Yes w"

"We would have had a better review of the hotel, ignored the warm, noisy room, and enjoyed the positives of the hotel except for the very unusual behaviour we received around paying our bill. The day before we checked out, we had a bill stuffed in our door, followed by 2 phone calls at 9.30 pm at night. The following morning on check out I raised this with whom I presume was the owner, I don’t think she got the message, this is unacceptable, change your payment terms or leave your customers to settle on departure. We won’t be back."

"아파트는 현대적이고 매우 깨끗하며 기본적인 편의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 위치는 주요 고속도로에 있으며 주요 쇼핑 및 레스토랑에서 도보 거리에 있습니다. 복합 단지에서는 고속도로 소음이 들리지 않습니다. 객실은 그리 크지는 않지만 편안합니다. 하우스 키핑은 3일마다 제공되며 수건만 교체하고 쓰레기는 제거됩니다. 진공 청소기나 시트 교체는 하지 않습니다. 주차는 각 아파트에 해당합니다."

"This place is a true gem situated 1 min from Mayrhofen HBF station and 80 mtrs from the ski buses which cover the Zillertal area. The owners and staff are a great team who can’t do enough to make your stay such a great experience. The place is immaculate and the gym and sauna are an added bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and set us up for a day on the slopes. They have various types of accommodation from couples to large families and some with self catering facilities. We loved this place and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Excellent, thank you the Moigg family🍺"

"스파 공간이 있는 새 건물은 정말 아름다워요. 공간이 아주 넓고, 손님들도 잘 분산되어 있어서 어디든 조용하고 기분 좋아요. 음식은 아주 맛있어 보이는데 맛은 그저 그렇습니다. 서비스는 정말 엉망입니다. 첫날에는 매우 친절하고 세심한 웨이트리스가 있었는데, 안타깝게도 둘째 날에는 정반대였어요. 객실은 괜찮았고, 오래된 부분은 꽤 오래되었지만 깨끗했습니다."

All inclusive 였는데 다만 음료에 대해서 별도 구매를 유도하는 상황이 좀 짜증났음. 저녁에는 수돗물도 사마셔야 하는 상황이고, 점심에도 음료 접근 제한이 있음. 레스토랑의 직원들은 다들 너무 친절하고 friendly했다. 리셉션은 문제가 있음. 마지막 영수증 처리하는데, 디테일을 보여주지도 않고 바로 총 결제금액을 결제하게 함. 일반 2-3성급 조차 디테일 영수증 확인 없이 냅따 결재하라는 데는 없는데 황당 ㅋㅋ 상세청구서 보여달라 하니 역시나 우리가 주문도 안한 게 들어가 있었고, 정정요구하니 마치 우리가 거짓말하는 것처럼 태도를 보임. 심지어 같은 날짜에 시간차 없이 영수증이 두개가 찍혀있는데도 리셉션직원은 확인할 생각도 안하고 냅따 레스토랑에 짜증스럽게 전화나 해대더니, 사과는 못할 망정 이제 됐냐는 식으로 적반하장 태도. 따지고 들어가니 실수한 레스토랑 직원이 대신 그 돈을 내야 된다는 TMI 까지? 막판에 기분 다 잡쳤음. 방도 1박에 400유로 넘는 것 치고 어메니티는 거의 없는 수준으로 매우 부실함. 전체 룸 크기와 수영장 사우나 시설 등은 매우 훌륭함."
