My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The design of the hotel is stunning, but the people working there are arrogant and unprofessional. The receptionist, Ms. Sijba, had blonde hair and was extremely rude and unpleasant. Even though I had already paid for my stay, she tried to make me pay again. When I showed her the invoice, she completely ignored it. When I asked her to call her supervisor, she told me that she wasn’t afraid of her boss, but no one ever came. She kept repeating that I should sit down and refused to process my check-out. Her arrogant behavior completely ruined our stay, and because of her, I will never return to this hotel. Another shocking issue was the poor level of cleanliness. For three days, we sat at the same table for meals, and no one cleaned it the entire time. Crumbs remained from morning until the next day, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. In the end, her colleague tried to resolve the situation. She processed our check-out, which we had to wait 20 minutes for, and apologized. Unfortunately, this did not change the overall negative impression of our stay. A luxury hotel that treats its guests this way? This is unforgivable.
