We are used to eating salty food in the morning and the host was kind enough to make us an omelette. We made several rounds around the palace looking for the right door and then we started to try which door was open one after another. There is actually no reception, somewhere in the back room there is an office for that. On our trip to France, the two most important criteria for choosing hotels were that it should be a palace and that it should have an outdoor pool. Of course, the use of the pool always depends on the weather, but this time the pool was not used, not because of the weather, but because the pool cleaning system had stopped working and the water in the pool was green.
