The rooms are small and not clean we even had ants in the room, yes ants, the pool looks big and it's small too, the hotel is near a gigantic road combine with a emergency hospital you have noise all the time between sirens of ambulances and the traffic, the people behind the desk are not nice, not helpful, they are putting load and bad music near the pool all day, and the pool open late like 10 am until only 7pm when the summer is hot it's terrible, and the entire area around the hotel is horrible industrial. I really hope you'll never have to go there, I payed everything in advance and my family and I we had to leave after two days because we were miserable in the city and in this hotel."

"JUST GO Holidays 패키지로 예약했는데, 이 호텔이 3성급인 줄 알고 그냥 묵었는데, 사실은 그렇지 않았습니다. 에어컨이 고장 났다고 했지만, 여러 차례 항의를 한 끝에 결국 에어컨을 사용할 수 있는 통제권을 받았습니다. 천식이 있는 사람이 다른 사람의 담배 연기를 피할 수 있는 공간이 호텔 주변에 제한되어 있어서 비흡연자가 밖에 앉을 곳이 없었습니다. 호텔 인테리어는 매우 낡았고, 벽에서 떨어진 환풍기를 포함한 전기 시설은 고장이 나서, 숙박하는 동안 욕실 주변에 오래된 먼지가 비처럼 쏟아졌습니다. 음식의 질은 낮았고, 선택의 폭이 좁았습니다. 직원들의 고객 응대는 매우 나빴고, 음료는 따뜻하게 제공되었지만 맥주는 어린이용 잔으로 제공되었습니다. 결론적으로 이 호텔에 묵지 마세요."

The clientele is international, and the setting—an elegant villa surrounded by greenery—exudes a timeless atmosphere. The common areas are meticulously maintained: the garden, the pool, and the greenhouse where you can dine on cooler evenings make the experience even more enchanting. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and discreet. The cuisine, from breakfast to dinner, is refined and rich in flavor. A stay that combines comfort, beauty, and hospitality.
