Red Crown Inn

Did not extend reservation for another day due to “maintenance”, I don’t really believe that. Also shower is not level.

Overall, it is good value. Nice and clean budget hotel. Floor is laminate. It makes the room easier to clean. Heating works well. It is noisy however. Fridge was noisy too. There was no hot water or coffee machine in the hotel. Overall, it was fine.

Rooms are clean and the facility is quiet. Convenient to grocery and other shopping. Close to major highways, so commuting is easy.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll always stay here when I visit Maryland.

This was our second time staying here. I think they remodeled cause the bathroom looked new. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Francis was very helpful and friendly. They are doing some restoration, but the rooms were fine for the money. I would stay here again.

Check-in was SO SLOW. The guy at the desk seemed incompetent. He didn't have my booking from **********. I had to forward him my confirmation email in order to get the rate I was promised. Also the wifi signal strength was poor.

I liked the hotel to be honest the customer service was great. It was clean and the biggest issues for me is there is one entrance to the hotel and that is going through the front lobby. The other thing that was annoying was the internet service it was really slow and as soon as I left I started getting updates and messages. The bed in our room was not that comfortable either very hard and made noise as if it was broken.

Francis was great when I checked in. Very nice and friendly.
