The whole family is invited! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lake home on 2 acres has plenty of space for all. Enjoy the spacious, open living area with oversized sectional sofa and and fully stocked kitchen with lots of space to entertain. The covered back porch is our favorite place for morning coffee or an afternoon bbq while watching our favorite tv sports and the backyard wildlife. All of this within a few minutes of three different lake marinas.... Relax setting in the beautiful sunroom, back porch, cook out on the deck. Set by the fire close to the water and watching the moon reflection on the water is stunning. There is a easy walk to the dock watching boats in and out of Malcolm Creek Bay. Or put your boat in less than 2 miles at the Big Bear Hwy Public dock and park. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, heating, and AC, along with 2 and half bathrooms equipped with showers. Home is all one level, with a split floor plan. Light plush carpet in living and Bedrooms so if raining or snow we ask you to remove shoes before entering this area to prevent stains. A nice level yard with huge beautiful shade trees for privacy. Watch the sun rise, the sunsets are amazing reflecting off the water. We added a firepit area close to the lake with plenty of vintage outdoor seating. We look forward to hosting you at our place. You can see the water from the driveway. Amenities for all! Spend the day playing pool, foozball, darts, corn hole , washers, a scavenger hunt and treasure hunt also provided. Infinity game table! We have a large pirate ship play set. In the evening relax by the fire pit.We have 3 kayaks available for use but you will have to transport to and from the lake.
