Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet établissement de M****ille et c'est véritablement un petit bijou. La décoration de l'hôtel est un mélange parfaitement réussi d'éléments anciens et de design récent. C'est toujours d'un bon goût et donne une ambiance générale luxueuse mais également intimiste. L'accueil est très professionnel et fort aimable. Ici, le service est en harmonie avec les lieux et le standing: discret et jamais intrusif et parfaitement efficace. De l'arrivée au départ c'est excellent. Bravo à tout le personnel de toutes la catégories. La chambre est belle, design avec plein de petits éléments bien pensés. Tout était parfaitement propre et sans reproche. J'aurais aimé peut être un literie un peu plus ferme, mais c'est très subjectif. Le Spa est joli et permet une pause détente agréable. Nous avons pris un apéro au bar et les cocktails étaient délicieux ! Le petit déjeuner du matin était peut être le point le plus fort: un buffet très varié, avec même des petits plats cuisinés. Un multitude de gateaux maison, des produits de qualité et de plus, en ce jour d'épiphanie, des couronnes des rois ! Quelle classe ! Merci à l'hôtel C2 pour cette paranthèse agréable dans la cité phocéenne.

2021년 8월 초에 3박 2개의 객실을 예약했는데 모든 것이 괜찮았습니다. 객실은 비교적 크고 깨끗했으며 직원들은 매우 친절하고 정중했으며 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 호텔은 항구에서 불과 300m 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 거리에서 호텔은 인상적이지는 않지만 전반적으로 진정한 거래입니다. 저렴하고 깨끗하며 잘 placed.1 객실은 사진과 정확히 동일하며 엘리베이터 ... 잘 ...는 독특합니다.

Recently stayed here at 50Euro per night, The hotel is located a stone's throw away from Vieux-Port in a side street, hence giving you access to town centre, the metro. With a tiny and almost hidden entrance the hotel, its easy to miss. From the rooms you can hear the hustle and bustle even at night however I like this kind of sound and slept with the windows open. The staff were absolutely fantastic (thanks to the 2 gentlemen and 1 lady) and was manned 24 hours per day. The rooms itself are small and quite basic, and not suited to families, but for single or couples looking for a place to stay. You would consider this a budget hotel without any luxuries at 50 Euro at night, id say its fair value. Thanks for the great stay, staff and location made it great

Good North-African themed tapas in the hotel restaurant, and the guy in charge there was particularly helpful/friendly, recommending which bits of the city had good street art when I mentioned that was one of the main reasons I came to M****ille (Cours Julien fyi, which also has some fab cafes and vintage shops). My only gripe was the handling of the bill (as follows). My debit card was pre-authorised on arrival (and in excess of the actual cost of the room, but I assumed this to be an additional security deposit or similar, do didn't really feel too concerned at the time). When it came to checkout, it was agreed that we would let the pre-authorised amount stand, and I would be refunded the difference between that and the actual, final bill. However, when I checked my bank balance 3 days later I was shocked to find that I'd been billed for the full amount again, and the pre-authorised amount had not been released - so essentially I'd been charged twice (or twice and a bit, when you allow for the fact the first billing was an over-estimate anyway). This follows on from a cancelled pre-paid booking the previous year (due to Covid restrictions) that was supposed to be fully refundable, which I also really struggled to get back (it was eventually repaid but quite belatedly). So, I'm not saying don't stay here, because it is a really nice hotel in a very vibrant area (lots of cafes with fab Oriental pastries, markets etc) but you will really need to be on top of the financial side of things to ensure you aren't left out of pocket.

We arrived near midnight and had a bad time at reception. One of us hadn't paid, another was doubly charged and not one of the three of us had our key card sorted so we all had to get back to reception to fix this. Fortunately the rooms were all lovely, other staff were great, especially Meahdi, who was SO patient. The lift - is antique. It only works if you close the inner door properly and many guests do not. So if you are on the 5th floor like we were... The bar is alcohol free... more a lounge but we were able to take our own wine in and glasses were happily provided. The breakfast is amazing! Lovely coffee, great people looking after you and lots of choice.
