I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. Stayed at YellowSquare Florence for 2 nights and had a fun time! Hostel was very social and had activities every day! We arrived before check-in and luggage storage was free which was different among many other hostels we stayed in. Staff was super nice and remembered me by name! There was a rooftop pool which was super fun and clean, so definitely bring a swimsuit if you’re coming during the warmer months! Rooms and showers were clean and spacious and not too far of a walk from city center. Definitely recommend staying here!

매우 중앙 위치에있는 아름다운 오래된 건물에 집중되어 있습니다. 건물의 성격은 공공 장소에서 잘 유지되었으며 우리 스위트는 18 세기 페인트 칠 된 천장과 완벽하게 조화를 이루는 아름다운 현대적인 장식을 가지고있었습니다. 모든 주요 명소와 많은 레스토랑과 카페에서 도보 거리에 있습니다. 돈을 위해 큰 가치. 그러나 무엇보다도 놀라운 직원이어야합니다. 매우 친절하고 인내심 있고 정중하며 그들에게는 너무 많은 문제가 없었습니다. 이 멋진 호텔을 추천 할 것입니다.

깨끗하고 준비된 직원, 이용 가능, 아름답고 부드러운 청소, 깨끗한 호스텔에 직원이 있으며 할 수 있는 모든 일을 합니다. 호스텔로서 욕실의 품질이 충분하지 않고 욕실은 화학 화장실이며 방에는 잠을 잘 수없는 많은 개미가 있습니다.

I had problems trying to find a hotel in Florence at short notice and ended up booking a room at this hotel. First I should explain that this hotel is on the second and third floor of a building. I was given a room by the stairs, which by the way are made of wood I think, so the noise of people going up and down was terrible. There is a lift, but it will only take you from the ground floor to the reception, so if you have a suitcase and you are given a room on the third floor, you have to drag it up the stairs, near to where my room was. My room was big enough, with 2 single beds, and a bathroom almost the same side of the room, painted in red! and very dark, even with the light on. The room and bathroom were clean and my linen and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, cheese, cold meat, etc. Unfortunately the reception area was dirty. There are 2 or 3 settees with a material cover, which has not been washed for some time. The location of this hotel is excellent. 15 mns to the Duomo and 30 mns to the Ponte Vecchio. The guys at the reception were very helpful, polite and one of them, on the night shift, (regrettably I did not ask his name) never stopped smiling. Great service. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes but make sure you are giving a room away from the stairs.

SHARED 기숙사의 욕실 문이 잠기지 않아 확실히 기본적인 필수품입니다. 이 호스텔에서는 기본 수준의 청결도가 유지되지 않습니다. 깨끗한 방에는 침대에 보게이, 도처에 머리카락, 먼지, 의심스러운 끈적 끈적한 얼룩, 구멍이 있는 얼룩진 시트, 막힌 샤워 배수구와 더러운 샤워, 제대로 플러시되지 않은 화장실 및 이상한 냄새가있었습니다. 전체적으로. 건물도 방음이 안되고 옆방 사람 숨쉬는 소리가 들립니다. 우리는 또한 불행히도 노래방 밤에 머물고 있었고 잠을 자려고하는 동안 9월에 '크리스마스라는 것을 알고 있습니까'라는 모든 단어를 매우 명확하게들을 수 있었습니다(귀마개를 끼고). 절대 돌아오지 않을 것입니다.

Upon entering the lobby I was greeted by two staff members at the front desk. The lobby was large, modern and lots of comfortable seating to relax in while our tour guide obtained our room keys. The room was large enough for two persons to use comfortably with a comfortable bed with crisp linens which I slept good in. I was happy to find two water bottles in the fridge as well and the safe operated flawlessly. Great lighting. The bath was very modern and stocked with pump bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower with soap and body lotion next to the sink. In addition to the rain shower head there was a wand that when the water was diverted to it had great water pressure that could be used to massage sore muscles. An adequate supply of towels on hand as well. The location was a relatively short taxi ride to the area with restaurants and shops. Then there was the best continental breakfast one could imagine, the “jewel in the crown” I would say. First, I happened to be greeted by a friendly staff member as I entered the breakfast room which had lots of tables and a long bar that had perhaps 15 +-seats so seating was not an issue at all. The breakfast included 6 hot selections; bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, pancakes and quiche. Plus, a great selection of cereal, fruit, pastries, bread, etc. not to mention a coffee machine that produced some very good cappuccino which I had. It could also produce americano, espresso and hot tea water. All in all this is a modern, well run hotel where they did everything right….bravo!
