사랑스러운 것이 좋습니다. 저렴하고 명랑합니다. 사람들이 왜 이 장소에 대해 그렇게 부정적인지 모르겠습니다. 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 깨끗하고 매일 만든 침대, 깨끗한 수건, 친절한 직원. 광장과 시장에서 도보로 20분 거리에 있습니다. 맥주, 와인 및 증류주를 많이 판매하는 모퉁이 주변의 면허가 없습니다. 와인 한 병과 6 개의 맥주를 위해 £ 11.00. 추천!!!

공항에서 가깝지만 비행기가 밤에 도착하기 때문에 택시 가격이 책정되지 않고 유로를 지불해야합니다. 호텔 시설이 낡았고 문이 약간 문제가 있습니다. 씨트립에서 결제 후 가게에서 약간의 세금을 내야 합니다. 가격은 상대적으로 구덩이입니다. 작은 병의 물은 AED 20이지만 큰 물은 AED 25입니다. 아침 식사는 ... 철저하지만 호텔 수영장은 괜찮습니다.

Excellent resort,location ,food and very competent staff.I am here from Marrakech Hospital recovering from a fractured hip with my wife.Everyone has been helpful especially the lady in charge of the resort Wafa.Cannot use the facilities but the pool is amazing 👍

우리는 디럭스 룸에 체크인했고 끔찍한 숙박이었습니다. 우선 디럭스 룸 건물은 호텔에서 가장 먼 건물이며, 우리가 방에 도착할 때까지 발코니에서 바라 보는 전망은 건설 현장과 주차장입니다. 우리 방은 특히 강한 식초 냄새가 났으며 방을 옮기라고 요청했습니다. 우리는 모든 디럭스 룸이 매진되었다고 들었고 다음날 방을 옮길 수있었습니다. 다음날 돌아와서 호텔에서 들리지 않았습니다. 손님 서비스에 대한 모든 전화는 누군가가 대답하거나 다시 전화 할 때까지 최소 3-5 분이 걸렸습니다. 우리는 또한 잠금 해제 된 호텔 방으로 돌아 왔으며, 청소할 때 하우스 키핑 서비스가 실제로 문을 닫지 않은 것 같습니다. 어젯밤에 A / C가 작동하지 않는 것 같습니다. 우리는 게스트 서비스에 전화를 걸었고 내가 말한 여성은 호텔 전체를 위해 꺼 졌다고 말했습니다. 왜 또는 언제 다시 켜질 것인지 물었을 때, 그녀는 갑자기 나를 중단하고 당신을 프론트 데스크로 옮기고 있다고 말했습니다. 프론트 데스크에서 누군가 내 전화를 받기 전에 전화로 최소 2 분을 기다렸다가 누군가 우리 A / C를 확인하러 올 것이라고 알려주었습니다. 우리는 다른 나라의 다른 호텔에 머무르는 것을 좋아하며 다른 호텔과 아무런 문제가 없었습니다. 그러나 Marrakech의 Movenpick에서의 숙박은 매우 실망스럽고 직원들은 전혀 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 이것은 매우 끔찍한 경험이었고 호텔 경영진이 다른 사람들을 위해 훨씬 더 나은 경험과 개선을 할 수 있기를 바랍니다.

The hotel is amazing the staff the food the services… everything is wonderful. Essadi hotel located in te city center where everything is closed: restaurants, drug stores, coffee shops and supermarkets. I recommend it strongly and hope you will enjoy it as we did 😌

I booke the Savoy due to its proximity to a business convention and because most other hotels were sold out. I was able to experience the suite and the regular room. The rooms are well sized and clean with all amenities (shampoo, gel etc) available. The breakfast has a good selection of local specialties and western items. Staff is overall friendly and aiming to do a good job. However, here is we’re the hotel (in my opinion) missed the mark of the 5 star experience. While I genuinely believe that staff is aiming to do a good job, I don’t think they are well trained. - I tried to get additional water by calling housekeeping on different occasions, it turned out impossible. No one was picking up. Upon calling the operator, still nothing happened - Getting my laundry done was a similar experience. I called the dedicated number for laundry service and no one picked up. Then I called the operator and explained the situation and was assured someone would come. Again - no show. - The remote control in my second room was broken. I tried to call housekeeping. To no avail. The guest relations manager called me because they confused two rooms and accidentally gave me a room that was clear intended for honeymooners (which I tried to explain to the gentleman who brought me to the room, but he insisted and showed me the paper from reception..) I explained to her that the remote was broken, she assured me someone would come, but no one ever did replace the remote control. - I tried to book a tour through the concierge. (In person). When I got to him, he asked me to sit down and told me he would give me a brochure. After 20min, he was helping other guests (who came after me) and I still sat there without a brochure. I ended up booking my tours online, which turned out perfect. There are however people who made the stay better. Ayu - from room service. A young gentleman who learned my coffee and organized soya milk. (I ordered my morning coffee because housekeeping would not leave any milk or powdered milk…) Rachid - one of the porters. I had forgotten my plug. The hotel send me a converter but didn’t have plugs. He gave me his personal plug until I bought one. The hotel is ok if the price is right. I think making it 5 star is a bit of a stretch given that personnel is not well trained.

The hotel room is old, we stayed at 4th floor, wifi was fine. Breakfast was ok, dinner choices was limited. But for the price I paid, it was great. Location is good, 20 minutes journey from airport, then 5 minutes walking to hotel. Free luggage storage after checking out. There is an ATM and a small souvenir shop inside hotel. Freshly made breakfast pancake was very nice. Reception was very helpful, helped me to print out my tickets.

위치는 포시즌스, 소피텔과 가까워서 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크의 훌륭한 서비스 의식, 풍부한 아침 식사, 낮에는 편안한 수영장, 객실은 비교적 오래되었지만 위생 수준입니다.

The gardens and pool are beautiful, well kept, clean and very relaxing. Low music on in the background. Plenty of sunbeds. Drinks brought to you. But - inside the hotel is very different to the outside. The hotel is very dated. Our room to be fair, wasn't the nicest. The bed was rock hard and we both had back aches the next day. The room was cleaned daily but it's the little things that aren't so little anymore. The build up of grout and silicone turning black and broken tiles in the bathroom. Dirty cups to rinse your mouth out. The bedding is too short for your feet. Not kidding,! The plus side was we had a balcony to sit out on. Hot water. We met the cleaner and she was very friendly. We only had breakfast. Very minimal choice but enough to fill you up. Eggs, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, cereal, milk, cakes and croissants, handmade flat bread and coffee. No tea. We bought pizza a few times for lunch, quite nice but the salad tasted off so we didn't buy that again. Drinks at the bar, cocktails, beer, spirits. Nice big lounge to sit in next to the bar. The location is definitely up there with the best. Short walking distance to everything. The staff, I have to say, are very friendly. All of them. The bar staff especially. Had some nice chats with them. We found to be the only English as everyone there was French. This didn't bother us. This hotel could be really good if it had an overhaul. For instance, the balcony door lock kept falling off. We were in room 245. A lick of paint, finishing touches sorted out. Made a bit more modern. My 3 is based on average/good. We enjoyed our stay. But glad we only done 3 nights as the bed so hard. If the hotel was as good as it's gardens, I would have given more stars. You get what you pay for. I knew it wasn't going to be outstanding, I definitely feel I got my money's worth. But I hope my comments are taken on board as this could really help the hotel going forward. Also the cost of food a tad high for what you get.
