The location was just right we had access to everything we wanted to see and the trips pick up point was just steps away. The Riad was very clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was a great location to escape from the hustle and bustle of medina life.

Possibly one of the best experiences I’ve had from Morocco! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, clean and cosy.

Really impressive Riad, with very nice interior design, each room differrent, friendly staff always helpful. Good breakfast choices in the patio, creating however morning disturbances in some rooms with direct Patio access. Easy to find location with good access to and from the main tourist sites (all in reach 15-25 Min by foot).

El riad estaba a 15 minutos del centro callejeando un poco. La familia que lo lleva la verdad que nos trataron genial desde el primer momento siendo muy fácil todo. El desayuno no estaba mal, suficiente para empezar el día. La terraza de arriba impresionante, y muy a gusto para cenar.

Wunderschönes Riad! Mit viel Liebe fürs Detail restauriert und eingerichtet worden! Wie 1001 Nacht! Lediglich die Hellhörigkeit muss man erwähnen! Abendgäste und Frühstücksgeste sind im Zimmer zu hören. Abgesehen davon dass das Essen perfekt und der Service 1A höflich und humorvoll sowie sehr hilfsbereit, ist die Hellörigkeit das einzige Manko. Aber man ist ja in Marrakesh und nicht in der Einsamkeit😃

The staff made the property, there was a female who was so accommodating with questions, concerns, and explanations, she went above and beyond and we are grateful as it made navigating the city easier! All around beautiful property with great staff

Beautiful riad in a great location, easy to walk to souks and the main square. Outside the riad is a busy local market street, really interesting and full of local people buying groceries. The riad is found down an alleyway. Once you walk in, the central area is very beautiful and tranquil. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was superb and plentiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and full of traditional character. Gorgeous peaceful roof terrace with lots of private seating areas. I highly recommend this riad.

It was our first time to Morocco and having spent nearly two hours getting through arrivals at Marrakech Airport it was a relief to finally find the Riad Armelle sign outside for our transfer to the Riad. We entered the Medina and parked about 300yds or so from the Riad - the experience of the people, cooking smoke and incessant scooters was surreal, and then we turned into an alleyway to a nondescript door.... and into an Oasis! It was 10pm but we were met as friends by Seessy [sic] who described the Riad, took us to our rooms and we then had the most wonderful meal, that had clearly been prepared just for us as we arrived. That set the scene for a lovely four days that I think would have been so much less authentic had we stayed in a hotel - the rooms are as advertised, the food was excellent, but above all the staff couldn't have been more friendly. Thank you for making our trip to Morocco such a lovely experience.

My wife and I were staying one night in Riad Armelle after coming back to Marrakech after our tour to the Sahara. First of all, the Riad was gorgeous with a beautiful courtyard and interior decor. However, because we were only staying for one night, and since we had already previously been to Marrakech, we did not feel like we were treated with the typical hospitality that one would expect. When we told the female afternoon manager that we were coming from the Sahara, she stated "oh so since you're coming from the South you just need a bed." She did not take any time to explain the layout of the Riad, when breakfast would be, what the wifi was, etc. There was no sense of "trying" with us because the assumption was just that we just wanted a place to sleep. There is a lot of potential with this Riad however we did not feel any warmth from this particular manager. Given the other positive reviews, our experience is not the case for every customer but if you are only staying for one night perhaps try to another Riad.

We loved our stay at Riad Armelle, the ambiance was beautiful and peaceful and the staff was very helpful with any of our needs. The location is fantastic, it was about 5-20 min walking to any of the major sites.

A lovely Riad, close to much that Marrakech has to offer. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here if again.

I spent a week at Riad Armelle by myself, a single woman, and have never been happier. The customer service is excellent, always advising me where to go, setting up guides, drivers, and reservations. I ate dinner at the Riad every night because the food was so excellent, always prepared the day of, after buying straight from the markets, and the wine selection fantastic, local and delicious. My spacious bedroom was on the roof terrace, so I had relaxing moments by day, and at night the stars, and moon. The French owners spent years renovating a once private home to give the Riad a historical feel, yet modern as well. Riad Armelle is truly beautiful and the price is beyond fair!

We stepped at night into a very busy old market street, full of donkeys pulling carts, buzzing vespas hovering around smoky areas, it felt like being on a set of a Jacky Chan's film. It took us 10 minutes walking to a second little turning to find our riad. We found a pretty tiny wooden blue door. We knocked on it and bent our heads to walk in. As the door opened we walked into an oasis. A beautiful courtyard filled with gigantic climbing plants , marble flooring, and massive mirrors was leading to a second courtyard flanked with timber lacy type wood carving balconies. The place was full of tranquillity. It felt like a mind spa hanging around downstairs, rooms or a magnificent roof top. The gentle Moroccan music was waving through the different areas. We felt completely disconnected from the rest of Marrakech, which was a few minutes away. The staff was lovely and helpful. I would not pick a better accommodation.

I really impressed with hotel's decor. I was in Riad Armelle when the earthquake happened last Sep 8th in Marrakech, but the hotel got only minor damage. Everything is good. There's about 15-20 min walking distance to many famous places in Old Madinas.
