호스텔 라크소우르(Hostel Laksour)

As a solo traveller, I tend to lodge in with any hostel that seems have good review in general as well as a good location to Market & sightseeing places but this time turned out to be an absolute disappointing experience. Even a disaster! My suitcase was locked inside the locker with a key to access and my suitcase with a passcode to access as well but it still got searched all over and my emergency money of £150 in cash was stolen in the afternoon right before the day I left and leaving me no time to report to the police and when I tried to talk to the hostel Abdel(he said his mum owns this hostel when I first checked in which turned out not as later on one of new lodgers met the actual boss) , his immediate reaction to the theft was questioning my memory and emphasised that only one key to each locker which was a shock answer to me as I was expecting the solution towards this large amount loss as I knew I aways locked the cabinet and checked if it’s locked before I head out (as a solo traveller, I always to be alert and extra careful) and I took the key with me even in the shower & sleep. My gut feeling this theft is to do with this Hostel itself as I have stayed there with them for 7 days 6 nights whole time solid (no gap) and they would know me well enough by the looks or wearing I appear, so would’ve made myself an easy target for them, other than for one night or two nighters to steal from me as they would not know me or have the time or the key to access the locker because either they have early flight catch next day or early daily excursions pick up ect and I was always the one left the hostel last during the day. So who has the opportunity, time & key to access the locker and steal the money? The answer is obvious!!!

This hostel lies in a fantastic location and is part of a traditional building. A delicious breakfast is served every morning. They also offer arrangements for taxis and excursions. It's a quiet place with goo Wifi. However, the room I stayed in was very cold and I'd have needed a second blanket. The mattress was hard and there was no trashcan in room. The mixed showers lack privacy since you need to leave your stuff in the aisle, next to the toilet stalls, and the aisle gets wet.

Friendly Staff ( especially Mr Mbarek ) , Very clean rooms , Excellent location , Delicious Breakfast in an Amazing City , I couldn't ask for more !! Very good rapport Quality / Price Thank you so much
