For the past 50 years, we have lived in a beautiful, 150 year old Manor House situated on 120 acres high in the hilltops of Cattaraugus County. We are minutes from Holiday Valley, Ellicottville’s four season shops and restaurants, Seneca Allegany Casino and Allegany State Park. We have operated a B&B here for the last 18 years. Now we are expanding into a Vacation Rental! By creating a large SEPARATE wing with its own entrances you will have access to two decks for your exclusive use as well as a double carport.
