"1. The property location is very good. 2. The ambience and the artistic decoration of each and every location is soothing, charming and shows the love & care with which Glen (host) is taking care of his place. 3. The Luxury tent is spacious and complete with all amenities with large wash room and plenty of natural light. The sit out in front of tent is very thoughtful and one can relax sitting there with cup of tea/coffee. 4. The outdoor lighting in the property is very smartly done with use of modern energy saving systems. 5. There is lush greenery all around the property without disturbing the nature. 6. If one gets up early and takes a walk around one can spot deers also (we have spotted deers). 7. The place is safe for Family. 8. The staff is very courteous and helpful. 9. The best part is FOOD, It was delicious with lot of variety. prepared by Chef & Host Glen himself and served in a cozy nice dining place. One can't stop eating the dishes served there. 10. My wife and pet dog has gone there. The dog enjoyed the open space and chicken+roti provided by great host GLEN. 11. All in all it was a very nice, memorable stay at Wilderness Jungle Camp"

"Nice , sort of heritage property...well maintained.....garden view rooms quite big.... Front Office Asst. Manager Ms Yukta Bangera was excellent in appreciation and resolution of issues...a nice person... For senior citizens, only ground floor rooms are suitable since higher floors are accessible only through staircase....many steps. F&B Staff was very cooperative...but several food items were bland. If you book directly, lunch and dinner are alacarte....for MAP or AP you need to book through hotel booking apps. The hotel is about 25 kms away from city, so going back again to city for dinner may be an effort. We liked Sarangi Restaurant in the city good for dinner. Spectacular views of Brindavan Gardens better from room nos. 1,2,3 on each floor. From other rooms also, view of the Garden is good. Since monkeys are around, you have to keep all doors closed at all times."

"just concluded a 2 day stay at MH Resorts, Mysore. The overall experience wasn’t positive, and the property should seriously introspect on improvement areas. Here are some underwhelming aspects: 1. Very nonchalant and rude staff. They were reacting as if they did not care. 2. Dirty swimming pool with green water. 3. We were staying in room 101 where fan knob was missing, 1 towel given was torn. Not the signs of a wel maintained property. 4. TT rackets had no cushion. It is also placed in a very cramped space. 5. The tablecloth used on lunch tables is sordid. Not washed in a long time."
