Enorme Ammos Beach

It is seldom to have such a good service quality in a holidays hotel. We had a great time in this real 5 stars hotel : nice and modern decorated, clean and large rooms + balcony, direct view on the sea ; very pleasant, caring and efficient service people, nice restaurant on the beach with varied food every day. It’s reasonable size (80 rooms) and adult only feature makes you have a real relaxing time. All these positive points are probably due to his efficient and nice Manager, always present and taking care of his customers from 8 am till 22pm and making you feel being unique. For the first time, I can say I would be happy to come back to a holidays hotel. To give more credibility to my comments, I need to point out at least one negative point : the hotel misses a gym, but I understand it will be built for 2024 season. Thank you to the Ammos team for this wonderful time we had there !

Very clean, modern rooms with good confortable bed but small (wouldnt stay there more than 3 nites given size). Breakfast was good and the reception staff are very kind. Cleaning was good too, towels soft. No gym (was clear but a 5 star would suggest it is common to have one). We were able to find a parking spot but in the high season I wonder how that works. The beach bar is super slow, imagine if it is high season… The pool sitting is relwtively small and the beach personnel was not very interested to inquire if we wanted drinks. All in all, would recommend for a short stay on the island of up to 3 nights not in the high season.

The hotel staff are all lovely. Attentive, polite, helpful etc. The hotel itself is clean and well cared for. It has a modern, minimalist feel. For a 4 star plus rating the room we had was very disappointing though. We booked a standard double room. It’s very small. It looks out on to 10ft stone wall that’s literally right in front of you. The bathroom is minuscule and is constantly like a paddling pool because the shower tray in nowhere near deep enough. There is no extractor fan or window in there. Somewhere to dry wet swimsuits etc is a standard item that’s been overlooked. On the plus side, the bed is comfortable and the air con is quiet and effective. The food is pretty good and the eating area is clean and comfortable if a little cramped. The pool is small but pleasant. Sun beds are covered in towels by the early risers 😲 as half of them are in shadow by lunchtime. Overall, disappointing for the price and the star rating.

This is definitely NOT a 5star hotel. The room we had faced a brick wall. The buffet was always cold, even when things should have been hot. No hand rail to get in and out of the pool. Very dangerous for older people, or disabled. No hand rail in the shower, and if the shower floor was wet, was slippery. No warning signs for slippery floor around pool area Would Definitely not recommend to come here. No health and safety at all

Clean, nice location but very poor. No chair at the beach available never, no amenities in the room, Not even swabs or shower cap. Like nothing for a 5-star hotel , more like 3-star. Not worth the 200euros per night.

Ammos is a five star rating the hotel and service are excellent. You cannot wear flip flops on an evening if you’re male though no matter that it’s 36°, the beach service is brilliant you are able to order food and drinks to your sunbed and they are free for hotel guests but €5 each for public users which is very good value as you still are able to have beach service. Bikini bar ensure you don’t break anything or send anything back as you will be charged no accidents or sour drinks excused. We sent an ice coffee back as the milk or cream had soured no offer of alternative and still had to pay. Young people had a breakage on their table and had to pay €30 they did not return to the bar again from what we saw. Obviously nothing is insured for accident or error. Evening meal was varied nice food however no complimentary drinks they are extra charge, which we have never encountered previously on any other trips.

Booked bed and breakfast for 6 nights and have never wanted to stay at the hotel so much on a holiday instead of venturing out and exploring. Upon arrival we got a free glass of champagne, a free massage in the spa and a free platter of food as we arrived so late at night and they thought we might be hungry. The hotel is so modern and aesthetically pleasing, not to mention the cleanliness. The maids clean the rooms so well and every day coming back to neatly arranged items is so appreciative. The pool gets the sun all day and is perfect for sunbathing, with various different sun beds and areas to accommodate if you’d rather some shade. The food for breakfast has plenty of options, there could be more options for vegans, however the do provide milk alternatives and labels for every item of food. All staff are really friendly and the rooms are so nice we wanted to never leave. Only let down was the options for dinner which we went to for one night and was a bit disappointed considering the price of 23 euros per person. Overall amazing hotel and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit. We was a bit hesitant to book due to the lack of reviews but was so surprised we will definitely be coming back!!

A perfect place to relax, enjoy tasty meals (and perfect snacks), sunbathe and swim within direct access after the main pool. Amazing staff, really attentive and caring. High standards cleaning. A real 5* service. What else could we ask for a perfect holiday. We have alrady booked again for May 2023 and looking forward to meet our friends again! See you all very soon!

Beautiful hotel in beautiful place. We had cosy room with garden view and shared pool, everything was perfect! very friendly stuff, absolutely cute boys at pool bar: Mike, Ilias. Very cousy atmosphere near the sea, warm sea, very nice beachfront, exellent variety of food. Just loved everything there, hope that next season going back there.
