Comfortable hotel. Near Masjid Al-Rajhi. Location of the hotel is inside the Haram boundary. A lot of amenities nearby including Danube Supermarket. Shuttle to the Haram is on an hourly basis but sometimes a little bit unreliable.

The check-in clerk is a fantastic man, a larger than life character (forgive me, as I cannot remember his name). He brightened up a couple of weary travellers. He should be made an example of for the rest of the staff to follow in terms of how to treat customers. Please reward him for his fantastic attitude.
As for the hotel, we were pleasently surprised at what we found. nice clean room, with all the facilities we needed.
The only issue we found was that the in-room dining food was quite terrrible. Did not enjoy that at all.
Buffet dinner in the restaurant was good though.

Stay was really good, everything was really good. Especially the staff. The only thing that i would suggest is have a better spread of breakfast.

There was no queen bed so I had to put the two beds together. The hotel is clean and not far from the Masjed. Yet the bus doesn't really send u near the holy mosque, you still need to walk quite a bit
