파크 인 바이 래디슨, 마카 알 나심 후기

The bus timings were normal and good, the bus wa totally free and of no cost

The hotel location is bit far from Masjidil Haram. The room and view are wonderful. The amenities are also provided as per guess requirement. But, the mattress is medium to hard, not suitable for me.

Excellent hotel, good service, good location".

Excellent beautiful hotel with a very good reasonable prices. I booked 2 rooms for five days. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel ..the area is modern with everything you need around you from shops to restaurants to coffees.

Cancellation isn't possible.so book wisely, they even don't reply if you want to cancel Trip.com tried to contact hotel but they didn't reply to them as well

Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

Good room and service

Perfect services and great location surround by meany shops But the transportation to alharm stopped from 18:00 to 24:00 during Ramadan

A good clean hotel woth good transportation to the harem. In its location there is a major mosque and lovely restaurants and shops.

The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

Very nice stay but they did provide transportation to Al-Haram

Very happy with the service. Location superb... Masjid very near Other facilities also near

Goodğ
