직원은 훌륭하고, 위치는 전략적입니다. 이 호텔에 두 번째로 묵었지만, 이번에는 전혀 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 1) 하우스키퍼는 정말 별로였습니다. Bcs는 얼룩이 져 있었습니다. 2) Bila bkk paip, air terus bocor drpd tali2 tu. 3) Bilik은 정말 별로였습니다. DKT atas meja2, DKT bed side table. 4) 아침 식사는 5/10에 불과합니다. 선택 사항이 많지 않습니다. 5) 그날은 너무 피곤해서 8시간 운전해서 불평하거나 방을 바꿔달라고 요청하지 않았습니다. 그냥 잠만 자야 했습니다.

매우 나쁜 호텔입니다! 호텔은 오래되고 더럽고 카펫과 시트에 얼룩이 있습니다. 에어컨은 방 전체를 식힐 수 없고, 아주 작은 차가운 공기만 느낄 수 있습니다. 화장실은 세면도구를 제공하더라도 하수 냄새가 납니다. 아침 식사는 사실 괜찮지만 직원들이 음식이 있는지 없는지 잘 모르기 때문에 음식을 다시 채워 달라고 요청해야 합니다. 그래서 불편합니다. 유일하게 좋은 점은 찾아갈 때 무료 주차가 가능하다는 것입니다.

모든 좋은. 가격만큼 가치가 있는 방 크기. 조식 뷔페는 맛있고 음식도 다양합니다. 상점가와 살람 병원 바로 근처에 수영장과 호텔이 있습니다. 거기에서 음식을 찾는 데 문제가 없습니다. 터치 앤 고를 사용하면 입장당 rm10의 주차가 가능하지만 리셉션 카운터에서 주차 요금을 면제할 수 있습니다. 그 외에는 다 좋습니다. TNG 잔액이 rm10 이상인지 확인하세요.

The location was one of the things I liked most because it was convenient for both travelling around and getting food. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room had enough space for me to relax after a long day. The facilities provided were also sufficient for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a nice place to relax and spend some time with family and friends. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were responsive whenever assistance was needed. I really appreciate the hospitality and the effort from the hotel team in making the stay comfortable. The overall environment of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. I also found the hotel suitable for both business trips and family stays. The atmosphere was comfortable, and there were enough facilities to make the stay convenient. In terms of value for money, I would say the hotel is a good choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in Shah Alam without spending too much. Strategic location. Near by hospital, mamak restaurant & every Saturday Pasar Malam just behind the hotel. Swimming pool just OK for kids.

Affordable room rates with good parking and a nice swimming pool. Rooms generally come equipped with an iron, kettle, and prayer mat (sejadah). Conveniently located in the heart of Shah Alam. It has a great ambiance with a newly renovated lobby and a mini grand piano.

The hotel service was good overall, and the staff responded quickly to requests. We received a towel with an unpleasant smell in the room, but after informing customer service, the replacement was delivered very fast. Appreciate the prompt action and professionalism from the team 👏🏼

However, the overall services and facilities are quite limited compared with other hotels in a similar category. Another downside is the parking, which is mainly in an open area and may be less convenient, especially during hot weather or rain. Overall, the location is definitely its strongest point, but improvements in services, facilities, and covered parking would make the stay much better.
