I had a really great experience at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was good, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. I especially loved the beach super clean, calm, and the water was amazing. The weather was just beautiful, sunny but not too hot, which made everything even better. The staff were lovely, and the entertainment team brought so much energy and good vibes every day. Everyone made us feel truly welcome from the first day to the last. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation. Big thanks to the whole team for the great memories

Hotel fantastic,food lovely always different choices,very welcoming,staff amazing,pool spotless always clean and round hotel spotless,room was kept spotless by maids everyday,nee towels and bedding everyday,entertainment was great round pool and at night always fun,pool foam party was brilliant,white party on Fridays great,different every night,

My second time here and unfortunately I wouldn’t come back, until the entertainers change. The hotel is split between the Tunisian entertainers and Italians and although the Italians only cater to those in Orange wristbands they were professional. The same can not be said for the Tunisian, they’re they’re to laugh and clown only care if you’re a young girl they like or if you’re giving them tips. Majdi, happy and Ahmed are the only good ones. In a group with my partner and pico, Tetof and Leo thought it was okay to make suggestive comments to me or ask for my Instagram or what’s app when I was alone. The people saying just say no are missing tbw poibt you’re paying for professional service and there’s an expectation of safety and comfort instead you felt on edge and pestered the whole time. Hardly the relaxing break we booked. Which is a shame because the programs is above a 3 star but staff are not. We really enjoyed the entertainment last year, good programme, staff felt safe this year we looked at leaving early or changing hotels. Wouldn’t come back till the entertainment team changed

A really lovely hotel, staff are really attentive and helpful. Food is varied and tasty. Again waiting staff are approachable and friendly. Entertainment is great, the children’s entertainment is aimed more at French and Italian but still the kids enjoyed. 30 second walk to lovely clean beach. Pool is clean. Hotel is clean. Activities throughout the day, excursions are great! We visisyed El Jem which was worth visiting the country alone. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, and great entertainment staff, lovely beach like the Caribbean. Great food! To the person who stole my daughters name and posted negative comments about a staff member please remove it, as this staff member is lovely had no issues with the entertainment team. Lovely hotel will definitely come back.

You save all year for a holiday to relax and you’re met with animators that won’t leave you alone. Pico is always harassing us when we’re trying to Relax twerking in front of us and asking us to go go for coffee on his break and he’d bring Leo so it was 2:2. Titof kept telling us to join his activities so we’d have more time for talking without the boss looking. Titof and pico invited us to go to the club Dar with them after the work, told us it was Titofs birthday and we needed to cheer him up. Another day Titof had a snake costume/mask on and was making comments about wanting to put his snake in us 🤮 in the evening they’d sit at your tables and put their hands on your legs under. Wouldn’t come back feel like I’ve wasted my money on a holiday I didn’t get because you’re harrased all the time
