Very friendly hotel for a holiday, beautiful beach, good and fresh food, very good service, bar open 24 hours a day, nice atmosphere and good fun

I did not recommend coming here at all. I have been here a week thank goodness. I’m flying home tomorrow. Me and my son have had the run. The food is un edible. Everything we eat or drink. We are sick or we go to toilet. Love holiday there is no rep here they do not care. They are just have to earn money.

This is a hotel not for families except topoganou there is nothing worth visiting. There is no kettle in the room, karaoke - my daughter waited two hours and they kept giving their people, their groups that went to sing 4 times, machines for children broken, discotheques for children the same every day, imagination is not with them, pool inside, condition terrible, not a single refreshment stand on the water slides, the waiter comes there once every two hours, But I certainly don't nav this destination anymoreThis is a hotel not for families except topoganou there is nothing worth visiting. Hotel was great, great service and friendly staff , would recommend to anyone, the entertainment team was the best especially blacky he was really good with guests. Kept us informed about all events in the hotel. Lots of events for children's and adults during the day.

Amazing hotel and hospitality. Friendly staff, entertainment 10/10 especially blacky. Loads of kids activities including mini disco, archery, mini golf. Great hotel for families very accommodating, 24 hour bar with friendly staff, would recommend

We’ve had a lovely week. Sadly the weather wasn’t great but the entertainment team have made it a fun week. Blacky was brilliant and got our girls to join in. There were a couple of problems with the room but they were fixed immediately. Food was good but a little repetitive

Very good hotel, I appreciated the animation team the most of this hotel, it made our holiday! Weather was okay, but we did go in April so it was expected not to be burned. We had brilliant entertainment every evening it kept us all up through the night and the kids loved it.

Its a hotel for families who not complain and can have fun. Just use your time to spend with family try enjoy evry moment as its will gone very shortly and you will not want live. There is few issues but lovely Animation tim names:Miro kaita blacky zikou merry mikey mimi alex med will make you will enjoy just take part in activities they provide you will have nice time. Advice stay positive and your time will be unforgettable.

First of all this hotel should be rather no mora than 3 stars I don’t see why it’s a 4 star second of let’s talk abt that he staff so I realised that as they get a higher position as they get more rude so the manager in the reception are rude and if you need help be sure you can’t find it here they make everything hard and with lot of extra money, yesterday we booked quad biking from a guy inside the hotel and we had the worst experience 3 of the quads broke down and my sister fell off and hurt her self quite bad but when we asked the hotel if they have a nurse or doctor they had to call a private doctor to put antiseptic on her and charged us 65 pound ….. most of the staff are just looking angry and expect them to tell you off anytime I felt like I’m here because they doing me a favor not that I paid my own money and don’t have problem paying anything but I except to be treated nicely as I’m on holiday I won’t lie by the animation team, the cleaners and the girl in the reception are just amazing
