Love the area and the hotel is in a perfect location!! We will be back.

Clean and reasonable price for weekend stay. This place is about 30 mins drive to Cherokee Harrah's ******. I like the breakfast the most because plenty of hot foods for breakfast besides apples and oranges for fruits.

The worst costumer service in all my life. The lady at the front desk was unpolite, disrespectful, not helpful at all. We asked for the hot tub because it was the reason I rented the room and when I realized it was dirty and also it was in other property called “quality inn” I went to the front desk and I asked why she did not tell us the hot tub was not working and also dirty and that I would like to find a solution. She reacted in a terrible way saying that I could do whatever I wanted and I had not to think in any compensation or anything like that. I could not belive she was talking in that bad way, so I asked again to find a way and she was reacting worst saying that she was not able to talk with me and even with *******, after that, she just started talking with the next guest on the line letting me talk by myself. I called *******, and they got in contact with her and when ******* replaid back to me, they said they could not find any solution because the girl was also disrespectful with them and that she had talked with her manager and that the manager of her Let her be in that way and also not having any consideration, not just for the behavior of her also for the wrong information of the amenities that are not working or in this case that they do not have.

Welcoming staff! The room was clean and comfortable. The location is in walking distance to local restaurants. Beautiful location.

We were up to snowboard. Upon arrival, we were met with staff that were extremely friendly. We were able to check in early. Brealfast was nicely prepared and immediately following breakfast staff were cleaning and mopping. Our room was spotless.

The room was very clean and smelled fresh of a light bleach scent. The room temperature was nice and cozy, the perfect temperature to walk in from frigid conditions outside. As it was only 6 degrees outside and when we checked in! We enjoyed staying at this hotel, great experience!

Best continental breakfast I have had. The staff is extra friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. We would use this hotel again with hesitation.

Went skiing and needed a place for one night stay. That was a perfect place for that. Easy check in/out, good breakfast and close to the ski area.
