'Bien placé proche de la gare des trains, chambre confortables cependant il manque, bouilloire, frigo et coffre, je ne comprends pas ces manquements pour un hôtel de cette classe, choisir un chambre à l'arrière moins bruyante avec vue sur le temple, le buffet petit déjeuner est correct pris dans une salle confortable, quelques cafards et moustiques deci-delà, je recommande tout de même l'établissement.'

'Location is very perfect, it's in the centre of the city away from the railways and bus stand crowd and noise. Food is lovely. Nice and tasty breakfast with choices and with smiling staff. The room is very comfortable with all the required amenities and the services are superb. Asked for late dinner all these 5 days stay and without any hesitations received. Love this place and would recommend for stay with family or solo. Great experience. 10 out of 10'

'Good hotel with neat and clean beds. Washrooms are well-maintained. However, a bit of cleaning is needed on the cot frame due to some dust accumulation. The hotel is located about 650 meters from the Meenakshi Amman Temple. We must carry water bottles, soap and shampoo... '

'Nice place to stay. Very spacious and well thought arrangement for the rooms. Located in a very good locality in madurai. All locations are very much reachable. It is beneficial if we book as a package since we can enjoy a complete 3 bhk apartment with good balconies and amenities. Staffs are very good and ready to take our inputs. Few improvements: 1. Balconies can be maintained better; 2. Services like cleaning, food, etc, are good but bit delayed and communication between the guest and staff could be timely. Having said that, gm ms. Ramana manages the situation well. 3. Breakfast could be better and overall food experience needs improvement. If not for the above points said, would have rated it as excellent. Overall a very good budget stay in madurai. We strongly recommend vishwa residency.'
