'Hotel Altitude at Madikeri is a newly constructed hotel, that offers good service in terms of room comforts. The bed was soft and comfortable, sheets clean though the TV appeared slightly run down. The coffee/tea section could have been more liberal with its supplies. The cupboards were spacious but the hangar was too high for the average person to reach easily. The balcony chairs and table need some polishing. The bath room was clean but space limited to keep the travellers toilettries etc. The shower needed some servicing as it was tough to operate the levers/taps. The telephone shower flow was like a fire hose, not much useful in practical sense. The ktchenette just had a mini fridge and microwave. More utensils could have been made available for any practical use.The restuarant room service had limited and nothing availablebetween 10:30PM and 7:30AM. The free breakfast was just a minimum and could be easily enhanced. Dosa was denied on one day , the other day was told omlette shall take a long time , encourging the customer to consider to forgo that choice. Overall all breakfast was a dissapointment. Parking lot was too small.'

'Best place to stay with family, I enjoyed it. Food was really awesome especially the barbeque. I never ever ate before outside. Nice friendly staff and great hospitality... Highly recommended. I have celebrated my birthday I didn't expected.. thanks to club Mahindra'

'We stayed in this property for 3 days.The place is spacious and very clean….,we were hardly given any choices for vegetarian breakfast.Also when the key was not handed over to the reception on the second morning,the apartment was opened without our consent for cleaning.This is not acceptable and the person incharge should understand that without permission,entry is forbidden.The basic need like drinking water and towels unless asked were not provided.Also the television in the room is of a laptop size with hardly any channels subscribed.To sum up,there is a lot of scope for improvement.'

'Stay was ok. But itsnot worth for that i paid for three days stay. Room service we have to inform, then only if will be done, water-bottle we have ask then only it will be provided. It seems like we have to inform call reception and inform every-time that room service needs to be done. Also in picture the room i saw was much spacious, but the room that i got wasso much con-jested. But i must say staff was all good, good service they provided'

'The hotel was located at a good place which was easily accessible and was near to the city market and other tourist spots which helped us to reach those places easily. The room was very neat and clean and well maintained. It had all the facilities like TV, AC, Wifi, Geyser, etc. The staff was very welcoming and supportive whenever we needed any help. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was kind of okay and could be improved a bit. In overall, my stay was pretty nice and I would like to visit this place again.'
