"I stayed in a 1 bedroom studio for 2 weeks. My impressions: Clean, neat, tidy, no odours. Useful kitchenette with 2 saucepans, chopping board and decent knife, kitchen tools. Useful wardrobe with shelves and clothes hangers. Also ironing board and iron. Safe provided for valuables. 2 bath towels, face washers, 1 bath mat, 1 hand towel. Ants in the kitchen (bench) and bed intermittently. Mini bar fridge with a tiny freezer compartment. Fridge freezes contents even on lowest setting. Internet very slow most times, sometimes websites won’t even load. Noisy outside due to aircon units, but good sound proofing- reasonably quiet once windows are closed. Good blockout curtains, although bright light comes through under the gap of the front door (from corridor). My room- bright, sunny, warm on cold winter’s day. Corridors are quiet. I don’t see or hear other residents. Level 2 has rooftop garden- concrete area with tables, BBQ, chairs and umbrella shade. Good undercover parking, easy access. Close to shops and amenities, cafes. Not much street noise at all, including at night and on weekends."
