Deerleap Lodge is a quaint cabin nestled on the outskirts of the New Forest National Park. It is a well-appointed, self-catering, light and airy garden cabin with a nautical theme and an open plan feel. Sleeping 2 guests, it's just a short walk to historic seaside town Lymington, ferries to the Isle of Wight and nearby beaches. With gorgeous south-facing views towards Keyhaven Nature Reserve and IoW, it is ideal for couples, walkers, birdwatchers and cyclists looking for a relaxing retreat.The lodge backs onto gorgeous south-facing views of the Keyhaven nature reserve and Isle of Wight, and is complete with garden, chairs and bbq with both sets of doors opening onto the lawn. The lodge regularly gives you an up-close and personal experience with some of the local wildlife, with more permanent residents including Roe deer, owls, song birds, pheasants and more.Conveniently located on the main coast road from Lymington to Christchurch, Bournemouth and beyond. Apologies, but no dogs due to the local wildlife, chickens and open fields backing onto the property.The bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be split into twins on request, space for a cot (not provided) and an electric radiator. The lounge has a sofa bed, smart TV, DVD player and electric log heater. The spacious separate bathroom comes complete with waterfall shower and heated towel rail, airing cupboard and more. The galley kitchen has modern white fitted appliances including full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and drawers for storage. There is also a small table and chairs for eating. The lawn area has some privacy screening and is complete with decking, a bistro table and chairs, deck chairs, dining area, BBQ and lighting. The cabin is situated away from the house in a secluded position in the garden of Crewkerne Cottage, just off the main route from historic Lymington to new Milton. It offers privacy, personal space and most importantly peace and quiet. Accessed through the large driveway, there's easy parking for multiple vehicles and storage for bikes. The lodge is just a short-walk down the gravel path away from the house and behind a fence for added privacy. We are mostly on-site throughout your stay so if there are any additional requirements, or recommendations needed please ask.Our cabin is self-catering and there are plenty of local shops, takeaways and a Waitrose nearby. The cabin is heated so can be used all year.There is plenty of parking including room for a small boat and trailer. Charming homely centrally heated Victorian Cottage in the village of Pennington within the boundaries of the New Forest National park. The cottage is reportedly one of the oldest in the village it is situated opposite Pennington Common an area ideal for dog walking also with a new childrens play area.The cottage consists of a hallway, a modern bathroom with toilet and rain shower over bath.There is a very modern kitchen recently refurbished. There is a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and is well stocked with crockery and utensils. There is seating for 4 around a circular dining table.The kitchen is open plan leading into a tastefully decorated lounge thoughtfully modernised but still retaining a beautiful black cast iron fireplace in keeping with the age of the property. There is a freeview TV with Netflix and Sky and a CD player.The lounge opens into a fully enclosed mature garden safe for your dog. Well stocked with plants and an ideal sun trap for Al fresco dining or relaxing on deck chairs provided.Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms,1 double with small feature cast iron fireplace and 1 single. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage and hanging space for your clothes.As with all cottages of this age the stairs are steep so particular care be taken with small children and anybody with mobility problems.The village of Pennington is no more than a few minutes walk away and has two convenience stores one being Tescos. There is also a chemist,fish & chip shop and pub with food. Also within walking distance is an indoor swimmimg pool.The attractive Georgian town of Lymington is 5 minutes drive or a 15 min walk away. There is a fantastic Saturday market which is spread down the length of the High Street. There are many individual shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a lovely cobbled street leading down to the picturesque harbour. In the summer there is a terrific outdoor sea water pool with large inflateable area with a section for paddle boarding as well as swimming. Beaufort house is an extremely spacious, beautiful, stylish apartment on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bursting with character in the heart of the historic town of Lymington within the New Forest National Park.The space:Beaufort House is full of charming character with high ceilings and wooden beams, The apartment is very light and airy, with a sun trap terrace to sit out on and enjoy a coffee and some down time.We are situated on the high street above Caldwells estate agents. So right in the heart of it all.My Father purchased the property in February 2018, and together we have re-designed and refurbished with beautiful furniture, fabrics and accessories.There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a kingsize bed and en-suite. This room has a beautiful navy velvet headboard with a large blanket box in the same fabric, a large wardrobe and plenty of drawers to store your belongings during your stay.The second bedroom, is a cosy double, there is a gorgeous orange flower print headboard, we have gone bright in this room as it is a small space so we wanted it to be bright but cosy too. There is a wooden open hanging unit to hang clothes, also there are two drawers in the bed base if more storage is required.The lounge is a bright room with it's beautiful ornate coving , and blue Farrow and Ball walls to make the furniture and art stand out. The paintings have been shipped over from South Africa so that it has a bit of a SA feel too.There is a downstairs bathroom with a bath, mirror with light sensor switch to the sideFully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine,Japanese kitchen knives, very sharp so please be careful! .Kitchen leads onto a beautiful sunny terrace garden with a gas webber BBQ.Parking is available via 2 car parks within easy walking distance to the apartment. We provide a complimentary 24-hour New Forest District parking clock which allows free parking at most New Forest District car parks ( details on back of clock).Guest access:Our front door is on the High Street, we share this with Caldwells, straight ahead of you is another Georgian glazed door, that is to the apartment.
