'벨몬드 호텔은 제가 개인적으로 가장 좋아하는 호텔 브랜드입니다. 다른 5성급 호텔에 비해 상대적으로 틈새 시장이지만 확실히 귀족적인 숙박 경험입니다! 프런트 데스크에서 체크인부터 체크아웃까지, 호텔은 세심한 부분까지 신경을 많이 썼습니다. 벨몬드 호텔 마추픽추(Belmond Hotel Machu Picchu)는 마추픽추(Machu Picchu)의 입구에 위치하고 있어 이른 아침에 방문하는 관광객들에게 많은 수고를 덜어줍니다. 3끼 식사가 포함된 올인클루시브 객실을 예약했습니다. 삼식의 선택은 매우 풍부하며, 공급이 부족한 산꼭대기 호텔에 아주 좋습니다. 호텔은 매우 친밀한 체크아웃 후에도 세탁 서비스를 제공합니다. 이틀 밤 머물고 나면 마추픽추는 훌륭한 경험입니다! 씨트립의 가격은 예약보다 훨씬 저렴하고 강력합니다!'

'Doesn’t meet Belmond expectations. 1. Food is average, the same we had in a small village, change a chef, not tasty at all. 2. On a breakfast waiters ALWAYS bring fruits and after 5 min asking if I need them. Why on earth I should eat fruits in 5 min? And why do you need it? Quality and variety of breakfast is not nice — all days we had not fresh blueberries. In my home country I have blueberries from Peru and it’s fresher. How it is possible? 3. Welcome is not in Belmond style: no champagne or good chocolate. 4. One day we asked to clean the room before 12, they did, we came and I was sure we are alone in the room. When I was naked I saw a gardener in our private terrace. He also saw me. How it’s possible he entered our terrace when I was in the room????? With no bell and knocking???? 5. Alpacas feeding is also trash: all people from hotel come, you will never get nice pictures like on instagram. Why you don’t make it by appointment? We had a lot of experiences with animals in different countries , this one is the worst. 6. Stuff is not well trained, communication is super artificial. Place is beautiful, but that’s it. Worst Belmond we have been to. Ask Monasterio Belmond about good experience and top notch service.'

'Sumaq Machu Picchu Hotel에서의 숙박은 훌륭했습니다. 호텔은 새롭고 잘 관리되어 있으며 마추픽추를 방문하기 전에 편안한 휴식을 즐기기에 이상적인 장소입니다. 우리가 도착한 순간부터 서비스는 따뜻하고 세심했습니다. 직원이 기차역에서 우리를 기다리고 있었고 출발시 호텔로 돌아가서 수하물을 도와주었습니다. 우리 방은 편안했고 침대는 매우 필요한 숙면을 제공했습니다. 호텔은 또한 Machu Picchu 버스 출발 지점에서 도보로 가까운 거리에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 체크인하는 동안 모든 것이 명확하게 설명되었으며 체크 아웃 과정은 똑같이 부드럽고 잘 조직되었습니다. 전반적으로 Sumaq Machu Picchu Hotel은 훌륭한 서비스, 편안한 숙박 시설 및 편리한 위치를 제공합니다. 마추픽추를 방문하기 전에 편안한 숙박을 원하는 사람에게 적극 추천합니다.'

'별 다섯 개 요구 사항에서 멀리 떨어져 있고 환경이 매우 좋고 아침 식사가 너무 형식적이며 호텔에 출입하는 것이 편리하지 않습니다 (Ouyantai에서 조금 떨어져 있음) 택시를 타는 것은 매우 편리하지 않습니다'
