Thus hotel was very clean and readonable priced. Staff were very helpful too!

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel equipped with a smart large screen of TV in the room. The hotel is within a walking distance from the airport, around 10 to 15 minutes walk. There is a bus available from the opposite the hotel to the airport. However, on the day of my travel, the bus did not turn up. The toilet stink and I found blood stain on the bedsheet.

The staff were so kind and helpful. I checked in just as the kitchen closed and the asked the chef to restart the pizza oven so I could have dinner. I also had a broken foot which was very painful and swollen from an entire day walking around Luton airport. They provided me with a huge bowl of ice which made a massive difference and I left the hotel the next day feeling rested and much more comfortable. As I was about to leave a kind lady at the check in desk came and gave me a bottle of water and a chocolate bar to take with me. Great experience after the previous day’s hellish experience with EasyJet at Luton airport.

I booked a room from Ctrip, because I had a flight to Larnaca at 10:30 today morning, and it was better to live in one Hotel near London Luton airport, I choose this Hotel on Ctrip website. I took a train in Cardiff to London, than transfered to Luton airport by train. It was a long time to arrive the Hotel around 12 O'clock in the night today. There was a young woman in the receiption. I was harried to go to toilat, and asked her where is the toilat, she said there is no toilat. I am very angry for her reply. I told her I will check in later after I went to toilat. The manager came and show me where toilat is. Today morning at 7 O'clock, I Check out at the same place, and met the same woman. She said I had bought one Water and one Chocolate wnen I Checked in. Of course I need to pay, how much please? After she Checked and said : 95 Pound. It's crazy: one Water plus one Chocolate cast 95 Pound! I have paid for my room before I arrive! The same manager came again and check. Than told me 5 Pound I need to pay. This Hotel belong Mariot Group, I don't know I met such low employee in their Hotel. Very low and stupid. I decide I never live in this Hotel and talk about my experience to my friends.

Quality lots of parking and great welcome on arrival. Rooms and lounge area very clean and lightly decorated Definitely recommend.

No bath (when booking website stated there was one) Put in a twin room when booked a double

Nice hotel, clean and organized. Breakfast was ok. Stuff were ok - some nice some less.

We booked a superior family room and received a very small double room we could hardly get my wheelchair in. I did not have the will to question that night as we were so tired, we were just happy it was close to reception and on the ground floor. We did also have to pay for somebody to bring food we ordered because we were unable to pick it up ourselves from the bar due to disability. I don't think this is fair either, as it wasn't due to choice.

What a horrible shocking start after a 10 hour flight the guys on reception looked more confused than god knows what. Room was not available and I booked a superior king family room but can’t sleep the children anywhere … disgusting the response I got was yes I understand but nothing I can do .. 2am in the morning and then he tries to charge me for the room again ? It’s prepaid what are u charging ? Absolute dumbness was literally watch dumb and dumber .. I said get a manager to which I got a response you will need to sort that in the morning …
