Beautiful hotel with a nice view of Lake Lugano. Great rooms. We were upgraded from a Mountain View room to a beautiful lake view at no cost. Thank you hotel Lido Seegarten. The best breakfast ever, the dining area has a view of the lake. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Lido Seegarten is one of the best in all of Switzerland! My wife and I travelled and stayed at the hotel (travelling all the way from San Diego, California, U.S.) because of the incredible beauty of the hotel and manicured landscape, spectacular location on Lago di Lugano, wonderful hotel restaurant, and of course the very friendly hotel management and staff who always treated us as if family during our stay! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel to all travelers to Lugano, Switzerland! Thank you very much Hotel Lido Seegarten!!! Larry & Caroline

My biggest mistake was I only spent two nights at this hotel. And YOUR biggest mistake would be NOT to get a room facing one of the most beautiful lakes in Europe. And we're talking a REAL view. If it wasn't for the swimming pool right underneath, you could throw yourself directly into the ocean. The hotel is a mile from downtown which is perfect. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is fantastic because of that view. I made the mistake of moving to a cheaper hotel in Lugano for the second part of my trip. I will never do that again. I'm going to stay at the Lido Seegarten next time I'm in Ticino.

This is beautiful hotel, the rooms are clean, bright and have a picturesque view of Lake Lugano. The breakfast is value for money as nothing’s cheap in Switzerland with conversions. The staff are very welcoming and happily let us in the room early.

A wonderful hotel with amazing swimming pool by the lake, great breakfast and spacious rooms. Everything is clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay thanks to the support of the most helpful staff. Location and views are outstanding.

We managed to get a minute booking at this hotel and while we got the last available room which had a street view, we still loved our stay. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are modernized and not too small but the highlight are the pool and restaurant, right at the lakeside with an amazing view. We're definitely going back to stay at a room with a better view.

0.5 /5 Cockroaches!! in bedroom, bathroom & corridor!!Cockroach mummy, kids & cousins!! SOoo disgusting. Suite full of dead flying & crawling creatures. Staff were great / hotel owner v unreasonable. Leaving as so foul & poorly treated.
