"The hostel is located very close to the sea, the rooms were nice, and the overall service was excellent. A special mention to the lady who serves breakfast, she was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast itself offered a wide selection and was absolutely delicious. Overall, I have no complaints and would happily recommend this place!"

"We stayed for 3 nights and booked this hotel as part of an organized trip, so the hotel was chosen for us. We had a tiny room just under the roof on the 4th floor with a very small window (401). The room was rather dark because of this. The hotel claims that the rooms are 24/26 square meters. Our room didn’t have 15. The hotel has this very old fashioned system where you have to put your room key (card) in a switch to have electricity in the room. Being just under the roof our room got very warm during the day but there was no way to start cooling when you were not in the room because of this irritating system of the room key. Cooling while you were in the room was not possible when you also wanted to sleep as the cooling was very noisy. Opening the window didn’t work either as the hotel is at a busy street. It was hard to sleep with this heat. The two closest electricity plugs next to the right side of the bed didn’t work and therefore also not the bed light. Tiny shower and shower head. Hard to get wet. Nothing close to a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Parking is possible at the hotel but troublesome. Hardly any parking space and hard to get in the parking as every day there was a bus (almost) blocking the parking entrance. Two out of three nights there were two busses in the hotel. But only for one night. Wonder if the busses have the nicer rooms although they only stayed one night. Lovran must have many nicer hotels than this one at a similar price. Wouldn’t go back nor recommend. Shall inform the travel agency to look elsewhere."

"저희는 이곳에서 2박을 하며 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 호텔은 아름다운 옛 건물로, 길을 건너 공원을 지나면 바로 2분 거리에 바닷가가 있습니다. 호텔은 전체적으로 리모델링 및 증축되었지만 고유의 매력을 그대로 간직하고 있습니다. 하지만 무엇보다도 가장 훌륭했던 점은 직원들이었습니다. 리셉션의 마리나와 이바나, 그리고 조식 담당 고가는 저희가 머무는 동안 따뜻하고 친절하며 전문적인 서비스를 제공해 주었습니다. 호텔도 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했으며, 조식 뷔페도 훌륭했습니다. 모든 직원들이 최선을 다하고 있다는 것을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 저희 부부는 업무상 많은 호텔에 묵는데, 이곳 직원들은 정말 최고였습니다. 다음에 이 지역에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 저희가 머무는 동안 아내의 생일이었는데, 직원들은 아내를 위해 세심하게 배려해 주었습니다. 호텔 뒤편에 안전한 주차장이 있으며, 구시가지 중심까지는 도보로 10분 정도 걸립니다. 해변가를 따라 산책하거나, 도로를 이용하면 더 빨리 갈 수 있습니다. 머물기에 아주 좋은 곳입니다."

"Apartment Lovrano was such a beautiful place to stay.Location is great just 5min walk to the beach which has crystal clear water.We rented for 3 person and is perfectly fit for our needs.Newly refurbished with lovely kitchen and bathroom and cold air-conditioning.Very quite and this suits for the Village of Lovran also.Very calm and stunning. The house owners Lea and Ivan are professional,friendly and also helpful in everything. Thank You"

"Lovran 호텔은 수십 년 전에 최고의 시간을 보았습니다. 외관뿐만 아니라 운영하시는 분들의 마음속에도 오래된 호텔이라고 할 수 있습니다. 우리는 샤워 시설이 고장 났고 적절한 어두운 블라인드가없는 방 403에 머물 렀습니다. 주차는 호텔 앞에 있지만 매우 편리하지는 않으며 떠날 때마다 닫아야합니다. 방 자체는 매우 크지 만 제 생각에는 가격이 비쌉니다. 아침 식사는 평균이며 사람들은 크로아티아의 모든 곳과 마찬가지로 아침 식사를 위해 테라스에서 담배를 피우고 있습니다. 호텔 구내에서 흡연을 금지하는 것이 좋았을 텐데... 아니요. 아이들이 있는 사람들은 실내에 있어야 합니다. 왜냐하면 여러분 주변의 모든 사람들에게 담배를 피우지 말라고 요청할 수 없기 때문입니다."
