A really good hotel, it's near the train station. The receptionists are welcome.

The hotel is good. Location 15 minutes to the sea. We liked. Bed linen is clean, but towels could be better

Excellent sized clean and tidy apartment with balcony looking out over the pool. Friendly staff, great amenities, gym, shop, pool, tennis court, and plenty of space to lounge around in the sun. Short walk to the shops, bus station and beach.

It is ok for few nights . It is suitable for adults .

Lovely hotel. The lady at the reception was nice. The room was spacious. We had sea and mountain views. Our room was on the end so our balcony wrapped around the side.

Sitio muy tranquilo se puede ir andando a la playa en cinco minutos tienes la estación de autobuses muy cerca por lo que si te apetece puedes desplazarte con bus fácilmente por la isla . Tiene la ventaja de que al estar un poco alejado es muy fácil descansar y dormir sin ruidos si buscas tranquilidad . En cuanto al apartamento es muy amplio y limpio y la terraza es muy amplia y fantástica . Lo único que destacaría negativo es la posibilidad de que a las ocho de la mañana se permita reservar con toallas las hamacas de la piscina pudiendo ver durante horas las mismas vacías pero obviamente ocupadas ... Deberían poner un poco de orden en relación a esto.

Nice, clean apartment hotel. Friendly staff, very helpful. Pool was quite cool, though. Not the best breakfast we've had and hence not good value. We ate out most of the time, plenty bars and restaurants to chose from. The hill was not that bad after all.

Pros: comfortable beds and really fluffy pillows. Have had some of my best nights sleep here; TV has a mix of channels for different languages; very nice staff! I have made a few friends of the staff who have been a lot of fun to chat with. Have events and the breakfast buffet is worth the daily amount; nice cafe and market onsite. Had partial views of ocean from two sides of balcony. Beautiful sunsets! Recycling made easy all around and encouraged! Cons: WiFi is ok. Don’t depend on it. A LOT of steps around complex. If you have issues climbing or going down stairs daily and often, get ground floor room. This is my only REAL complaint. I got one of the apartments with kitchen, but didn’t feel comfortable using anything. Although the room itself looked clean there was a really BAD smell in my room. It was the most unpleasant part of my stay. The bathroom has a constant foul odor. I bought some Glade air freshener at local market but the smell just keeps returning. The refrigerator smells like was cleaned with chlorine. I hope they can address this when I leave so the next guest doesn’t have this issue.

Have just returned from this hotel after a week stay it was recommended Never again the food was horrible and cold the rooms were outdated no linen change for z week znd when we asked for fresh towels in was l can't give fresh towels every day 3 people in room that is essential bathroom nit cleaned once Stsy away

Would not return. 1. Due to location. On top of a very steep hill and in the heat was a tedious trek. 2. Cleanliness of the pool and the layer of dust over everything due to building work next door. 3. Run down condition of the apartment and no air conditioning. 4. The noise from the building work. Plus side some of the staff were lovely and we had unlimited Siam Park tickets so could go there everyday.

Hi to all the have been to this hotel can you please tell me what the night life is like thinking of going in June. i have read the description and also the review and it sounds just what im after in terms of quiiet at night ( were both light sleepers) but like our music/ live shows at night time. many thanks

I was initially apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. However, the apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. We upgraded our room to include breakfast, which I recommend doing directly with the hotel, as it was half the price. The pool area and rooms were continuously cleaned yo a high standard. The breakfast was perfect, offering something for everyone. It's about a 20-minute walk to the beach and the harbor, which is great because you get the best of both worlds. This was our first time visiting Los Cristianos, and we will definitely return and stay at Coral Los Alisios.

.For a start none of our room keys worked has to keep going down to get them fixed every day .Says “air conditioning” no such thing in this place celling fan in living room and one in bed room that did not work and had to go down and complain to get it fixed .Bugs everywhere bed floor tables sinks everywhere you can think, I had went to made a pot noddle and they where nested in the kettle .no sleep at all was not told until we got here that there would be construction that would cause “minimal noise” which it wasn’t, it was very loud the banging/drilling just constant noise from 5:30am onwards .none of the staff at the bar or shop are friendly and willing to help just so rude . Can’t get a cold drink till after 11:30 not even the children in a warm country where you need to be hydrated .on the 3rd day we had walked through our door to our room and a plank of wood with nails sticking out of it had failed from on top of the door frame and near had hit me as a pregnant woman on the head .none of the bins are changed around the pool area they are over filling and in this heat they smell stuff all down on the floor beside the bin cause there is no room .Also the staff poking through the bins to find the reusable cups .no entertainment for anyone not even the children, other guests had there wee speakers going nothing too loud where it was disturbing anyone else and they where told they had to turn them off .Food and alcoholic drinks in this place is terrible would not recommend at all

We are a self catering family of 4 the room was spotless the cleaners are all really hard working and knocked daily to see if we needed any towels or beds making, there was certainly no bed bugs The only downfall was how expensive the restaurant was €9.20 for 2 portions of fries, great location and great staff we will definitely be back
