"자정쯤 체크인했습니다. 세수를 하고 잠시 침대에 누워 쉬다가 새벽 1시쯤 베개를 뒤집었는데, 베개 밑에 커다란 핏자국이 있었습니다. 프런트에 연락해서 조치를 취해달라고 했더니, 직원들은 "어떻게 이런 일이 있을 수 있죠?!"라며 어이없다는 반응만 보였습니다. 호텔 운영이 너무 형편없고 문제 해결 방식도 엉망이라는 인상을 받았습니다. 마치 침대 시트를 한 번도 갈지 않은 것 같았습니다. 이렇게 큰 핏자국이 있는데, 5성급 호텔이라고 할 수 있을까요? 어떤 5성급 호텔에서든 심각한 사건으로 여겨질 만한 일인데 말입니다. 이 일 때문에 호텔에 묵는 게 두려워졌습니다. 더 심각한 건, 다음 날 체크아웃할 때 직원들이 아무런 설명이나 사과도, 후속 조치도 해주지 않았다는 겁니다. 심지어 객실에 있던 생수 값까지 청구했습니다! 제가 묵어본 호텔들은 대부분 생수가 무료였습니다. 이 호텔은 위생부터 운영까지 모든 면에서 최악이라는 인상을 받았습니다! 정말 끔찍했습니다!"

I thought the double bed room would be a bit small. After I lived in, I found it was really comfortable. The bed was great. Two people have enough space. Then you can see the beautiful scenery outside the window as soon as you open the door of the room. The air is very good. The sky is very blue and the clouds are very white and the mountains are very green (the most intuitive description). It is very close to nature. There is almost no artificial light at night on Xiangxi. If the moon does not come out, it will be dark. You can't reach out five fingers. We've also had flashing fireflies! The owner of the hotel is called Haige. He doesn't talk much but is very careful and enthusiastic. He has been taking care of us all these days and taking us to understand the surrounding culture and scenery. Brother Hai's cooking is particularly delicious. It is recommended that brother Hai's Xiangxi bacon. We have eaten it for a few days. After dinner, the evening activities, brother Hai will lend us KTV to play.
