켄싱턴 프라임 호텔(Kensington Prime Hotel)

Lovely find for a rare trip to London to see a show for a special birthday. Hotel is excellently small, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Yes the room was small but it had everything we needed. Just enough toiletries and tea/coffee supplies for us so no unnecessary waste. Breakfast included was a great touch. Again sufficient and simple but enough for us. People going for breakfast after 930 will have had limited choice but still a selection available. Staff all polite and friendly.

This is a gorgeous hotel. The room is lovely and high quality. The property is amazing, blending in with the row homes in a beautiful neighborhood in Kensington. What disappointed me was the amenities. It's hard to say these "ruined" my stay, as they aren't necessities, but were inconveniencing and keeping the room from getting a 10/10 from me. In my room, two of the three light buttons (all lights in one panel) were not working. Only the one far side of the bed worked, which meant turning everything off before leaving. The button for the automated curtains also did not work. My bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder, only had one towel set (usually there are 2?) and no bath mat in a shower that can easily spread water outside. My TV had maybe 1/3 of the channels offered. BBC One had no sound. Not all of the ITV 1-4 were available. Other channels had "Weak or No Signal" come up. When I asked the front desk about the TV first, they said "we called the television company and they said it's on our end". Which was very much a "we know and we're doing nothing about it", which made me not want to bother reporting anything else. Again, beautiful building, very nice rooms. Nice breakfast. Just needs a bit or care, attention, love, whatever, from the staff.

Lovely quiet property to relax. Beautifully decorated however the lighting system is a bit tricky to handle.

Another lovely stay , warm welcome when I arrived .Love the smell of the body lotion , great pillows . The only downside my room 34 was very small like room 32 more.

Very small but well equipped room. Check in took longer than it should had to look for staff. Surprised to get warm breakfast so good value for money.

I just stayed one night - worst thing I could say about the place is, I found it hard to find - but that's more about me. It's not in an obvious, bustling neighbourhood. It's quite tucked away. The best thing I could say is, that's about the most comfortable bed I have slept in (at least, for years). Really nice, modest sized room, well laid out, nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Staff was pleasant, but didn't go above and beyond. Somewhere between toleration and enthusiasm.

Unfriendly reception when first arrived. Clean sheets and towels but mosquito’s in room constantly and very old fashioned. Breakfast very average and no one directing you what to do and what was available.

We had a lovely stay at the Kensington Prime Hotel. Even though the room was a bit smaller than expected, they were clean and comfy. The only downside was the breakfast area, it was too small for the amount of guests staying there and some people had to wait, not very welcoming or organized.

Nice hotel in great location with pleasant staff. Stayed here before and very happy. Breakfast was pleasant. The hotel has nice touches.
