The location was convenient and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The room was nice and spacious and smelled very clean. We ate at the Capital Grill and the food was super yummy! My only minor complaint was that a coffee pot was not available in our room and there is no room service. They do offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, however, it ends service at 9:00 am. These were just minor things but might affect your morning plans if you’re a late sleeper. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas!

Beautiful lobby and mezzanine. Getting to the gym was confusing and you had to go outside to another building. No fridge in the room.

Beautiful place to stay or visit. Room was a bit small for the price and my sink had a leak underneath.

This is a lovely, historic hotel with rich history. It is a clearly a favorite of locals especially during the holidays due to its soaring, gorgeous real tree in the lobby to its busy restaurants. Staff is very accommodating.

This hotel is very magical during the Christmas holiday. Everyone was very nice and made you feel welcomed.

Exterior and common spaces were very well done. Fantastic Christmas decorations. Room was a big let down. Sp****, no amenities, not even a coffee maker. Bed was ok, nothing special. Carpet and curtains seemed worn and out of date. Overall vibe was that this hotel has seen better days. My biggest issue was the service. My daughter and I were not allowed into the breakfast service because they were “full.” There wasn’t even an attempt to apologize or make it up to us. The valet team seemed harried and were curt, almost rude. Reception was not particularly friendly. All in all, pretty disappointing considering the reputation of this hotel. Next time in LR we’ll definitely choose another property in the area.

Always love this hotel. We visit several times a year. Great staff. Wonderful food.

This property is very convenient to downtown and is the primary hotel I use in the Little Rock area. It is extremely clean, safe, and has dining in the hotel that is excellent.
