Lisbon Hostel Terminal 4

The worst night I have ever had traveling. I did book the hostel and I called them several times before to tell them I was arriving later due to an airline strike, but nobody answered. After trying many times, I just popped up after arrival and the place looked like a private property and nobody there. No answer for more than an hour, under the rain and the cold of the winter in Lisbon. I ended up to pay another 20€ to a taxi to go back to the airport and I spent the night sitting down on the floor with no sleeping. I didn’t hear from Clara until the day after at 16:00 in the afternoon. She texted me the day before to ask me for my passport but I didn’t see the text as I was already travelling. After complaining about the situation (kinda scary too I have to say, understandable if you are a solo female traveller in an unknown city) Clara was very rude and disrespectful and I didn’t receive any king of apology from her own, just excuses saying she was sick. I don’t know if she was already sick or simply had a bad day, but I was expecting at least an apology From my experience, this is not a trusty place to stay before taking a flight. Taxis are not cheap to reach the hostel neither. I hope if you decide to book here even after reading all this, you don’t have to live the same nightmare I had to.

Péssimo lugar, !!!!!! Nao vao pra laá é golpe!!!!!!! A dona só que o dinheiro e resto boa sorte se vc consegui entra!! não tem nem um tipo de limpeza, nem organização, nem um pessoa pra te informar algo, resevei um cama lá, fui mas cedo deixar mochila e nem senha da porta que me deram funcionou, alguem abriu a porta pra mim, cama que eu tinha resevado já tinha alguem entrei em contato pelo whatsaap pra dizer: olha preciso de uma cama pra mas tarde ! A pessoal leu a mensagem e ainda disse: vai pra outra cama, ja mas tarde quando voltei todas as camas estavam ocupadas novamente, tive que basicamente entra em contato novamente com mulher do whatsaap e ela ainda foi arrogante comigo! Ela nao resolveu nada ! Fiquei na cozinha ate as 2h da manhã nao aguentei mas tive pedi pra pessoa que estava na minha cama sair!!! Eram 6 camas tinha cama com 2 pessoas a dona nao tem controle nem um com quem vai pra la e se vc questinar ou exigir o que pagou a dona é ignorante e arrogante!

Cet « hôtel » que j’appèterais plutôt un taudis est a fuir, personne pour nous accueillir dans cet endroit insalubre. Notre chambre été sale, à se demander si les draps ont été changé. Le lieu fait PEUR (voir photos) Chantier/travaux à 7h du matin devant votre fenêtre, de quoi bien se reposer :) Je me demande comment cet endroit est autorisé à faire du business hôtelier… Pour finir, sois disant proche de l’aéroport mais en réalité à plus de 30 minutes a pied.
